気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
Bad cleanliness!
When I arrived after a long drive we couldn’t wait to check in my first notice was the image of where I thought we was staying was actually next door, as we approached the building the front door window had been smashed we then went to check in only to realise we had been given the wrong code to get the key and had to get the help of the guy boarding up the window to help us. Once finally being able to get in I went to make a cup of coffee but all the cups had coffee stains on them all the cutlery was in a pot with mould at the bottom, the plates were greasy, the bathroom wall had stains on it, the mattress didint fit the bed, the window seal was covered in mould , the bottom left of the kitchen cubbord has fallen off and we were unable to open the blinds due to there being residential houses and the public being able to look in, I was so taken back by this that me and my partner looked at availabilities at nearby hotels however most were fully booked, overall this place needs some TLC i was not impressed at all, I would definitely not stay here again and would not recommend this place to anyone else. What should have been a romantic getaway put a huge downer on our getaway.
