Terenzia is a cozy and exclusive attic, chosen by the Daplace Team for its stunning views. The terrace offers an unparalleled opportunity to experience Rome from an elevated perspective. Enjoy this space with people you care and love!

The apartment is equipped with a comfortable bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and complimentary toiletries. It can accommodate up to 4 guests (there is a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room).

The apartment is located on the fifth floor of an elegant building. Guests can use the elevator up to the fourth floor and then they need to take a flight of stairs that leads to the entrance of the apartment on the fifth floor.

We arrived, early about 1:30 pm.,the apartment wasn't ready, which it was find because the check in it was actually at 3pm. Overall very disappointing about the apartment with the electricity which it went off the next morning and no one came to fix it ,and we did call the host, we ask for partial refund,but they refuse. We had another problem with the wifi which it did not work at all.Not only that but in the living room were the sofa bed was,that room it did not have curtains like they show in the advertising in Vrbo, which it was imposible to sleep when the sun was up.

The terrace is everything. It was amazing and really made the place. So great to sit out there and overlook Roma! The place was otherwise small but was perfect for the two of us and the walk in closet made a big difference. It is in an awesome location just above the heart of Trestavere. We would definitely stay there again!
