Ideal for short or extended stays, each unit offers contemporary design, bright interiors, and all the essentials for a seamless experience in the city.

Guests can choose from multiple apartment layouts, perfect for couples, families, or business travelers seeking flexibility, privacy, and convenience in a vibrant central neighborhood.

Please note: price shown is to stay in one apartment (up to 6).

3x unit comes with 4 bedrooms (1 double bed + 4 single beds) and 2 bathrooms.
3x unit with 3 bedrooms (3 double beds) and 2 bathrooms.
1x unit with 1 bedroom (1 double bed) and a private terrace.

All the units comes with air conditioninig/heating, washing machine, iron, safe, hair dryer, high/speed WIFI, smart TV, dishwasher, kitchenware...

The building comes with lift and is located right in Gran Via, at few steps to Plaça Espanya and Fira Montjuic (Montjuic Magic Fountains) and at 10/15 minutes walking to Plaça Catalunya, Ramblas and Passeig de Gracia!

Spacious and bright apartments located in a gorgeous modernist building with lift. Lots of space. This building has an elevator and the apartment comes with premium amenities include high speed WIFI, smart TV, free toiletries and a Nespresso machine.


From here it’s easy to move through the city and feel that you are just close to everything!
Visit Sant Antoni Market (1t 10 minutes walking) if you’d need fresh seafood, meats or green juicy veggies, but there’s always a supermarket close by if you just want to grab something quickly.
This area is full of nice restaurants, cafes and bars so you will definitely have your evenings and nights out entertained.
