The property was very clean when we checked in. We found that garbage disposal wasn’t working so I reported it. David came within 30 minutes to fix. Beds were very comfortable. The sunsets from the balcony are truly breathtaking. You won’t be disappointed. We are already planning to return next year.

Great location and the condo itself was well maintained. We enjoyed our stay with our 2 young children. The only real issue I had with the condo was, because we had 2 small kids, we wanted to use the streaming on the TV for the kids downtime after the beach and the internet was super slow so most of the apps wouldn't load. Not the end of the world, but something to note if that's important to you.

The place was very clean and just as the pictures showed. I really liked that the linens were there fresh in plastic bags for us to put on the beds. Same for the towels, etc. I didn’t have to second guess if the beds were previously changed. The Bay was beautiful, will have to come back to see the amazing sunsets I’ve heard about as it was cloudy the entire time. Still had lots of fun things to do close by!!

Beautiful unobstructed views of the bay from the balcony and living room and master bedroom. Perfect for watching the sunset. Mostly peaceful and can watch all the boats going in and out of the canals and the birds. Unit is just as shown in the pictures. Beachy feel, decorated nicely. Comfortable furniture. Master king bed mattress is firm but not overly firm and 2nd bedroom queen bed is softer. Master bath is compact but nice. Unit provided sheets, towels and starter toilet paper, dish liquid, paper towels and trash bags. We did bring our keurig as the pictures show a regular coffee pot maker and that is what it had. We didn’t cook during our stay though unit has dishes and cookware. It’s a long walk to coastal highway but the beautiful views are a good trade off. We drove everywhere we wanted to go and parked on 119th street to go to beach. We had good communication with host. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The views were gorgeous and the condo was very clean! It was also located on a quiet street, away from the noise of Costal Highway. The only slight inconvenience was that we had 2 cars so parking was a bit of an issue. The street parking that is advertised is almost always taken up. The only other reason I gave it 4 stars overall was because we’re blanket and pillow people (meaning we all like to sleep with our own blankets). We definitely wouldn’t have had enough blankets if we didn’t bring some of our own. We also brought some of our own pillows, which was good because the ones here are very flat. Additionally, I was very surprised that I couldn’t find one, single cleaning agent in the entire place. We wanted some cleaning spray for the toilets and sink/counter and all that was left for us was one sponge and some dish soap. We ended up buying some cleaning spray. Otherwise, we would definitely stay here again and appreciate the hospitality!

Our stay was outstanding everything was just like the pictures shown. We loved the view, the sunset and sunrise also hearing the wave at night while sleeping was amazing. Will be back again. I highly recommend.

Last days of summer

Great stay in a great location on the bay! Good fishing and crabbing on the dock . The location is ideal for great restaurants and shopping. Safe and quiet location close to everything.

Terrific Bay view

Great place to stay beds are very comfortable. Porch with bay view is beautiful. David is very easy to communicate with will plan on staying there again.
