We absolutely loved this house. Fabulous location convenient to Kensington High Street and tons of restaurants, grocery stores and tube stops. More than enough space for 5 of us with an ample, well-stocked kitchen and laundry. So many luxury details on top of all that. And Cyril (a taxi driver they know) was such a treasure!

We loved our week staying at Kensington Mews over Christmas with our family. The house is really lovely, very comfortable for all 6 or us and well equipped. We even cooked Christmas dinner there! The location is fantastic and so central, making it easy to access transport, shops, cafes and restaurants. The host was very helpful, providing plenty of information and organising our transfers. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

London Stay

The property was exactly as described and beautiful. The home was on a lovely side street and very close to the Tube, buses and High Street. COmmuncation with the owner was easy and prompt. We woudl definitely stay there again.

3 Dukes Lane will forever by a part of my family’s memories of our first trip to London. The location was excellent near both the tube and bus stops. Numerous groceries, restaurants and shops literally around the corner. The house is in a quiet corner near a church yet close to everything. Whole Foods is nearby but we preferred the UK’s Sainsbury’s as much more affordable and even closer to house. The house is absolutely gorgeous with different floors for privacy. Note to Americans, London does not have AC except in large stores and some restaurants. The owners provided extremely powerful Dyson fans throughout that were welcomed. The outside patio is private, cool and so quiet. There is a fully equipped kitchen and laundry as well. The beds were clean and comfortable and the pictures just do not do the house justice. When you arrive, the owners can schedule airport pickup that takes you directly to the house where the keys await. We loved the living room/family room with the two separate sitting areas. Our only regret was that we started the 500 piece beautiful puzzle too late in the trip and could not finish it in time. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We’ve been Superhosts for 10 years with a 4.98 rating and own three properties, so we understand quality hosting. Unfortunately, our experience was with the owner's management, whose behaviour was dishonest and unprofessional.The home is lovely and well located in Kensington. We were greeted by a kind representative who did not know the property well and struggled with basic functions like doors. During the tour, we discovered a clogged ice maker, a non‑functional oven showing an error code, no A/C despite being advertised, no outdoor grill as listed, and a broken lamp left in the living room.When we reported these issues, Sandra from the management company sent a condescending message implying we might damage appliances and warning us not to touch anything. She said no one was available andnever followed up. We reset the oven ourselves and received no response regarding the grill, fridge, lamp, oven. She returned with only four rolls of toilet paper for a 10‑day stay.Jayshree was with us upon checkout: the home was clean, lines stripped, took out garbage and recycling. Despite this, the management company falsely claimed we left “numerous garbage bags” and a “stench,” charging us 125. They attempted to contact the owner for proof and received none, ultimately advising us to dispute the charge.The management company is not to be trusted, and we hope the owner becomes aware of how poorly their property is being represented. We’ve disputed the claim.

Absolutely phenomenal property centered in what we feel is the best section of all of London. You are very close to Kensington Palace and Buckingham Palace. The location on the West End of the city makes it easy to get to Windsor Castle. There are tons of great restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and stores just a short walk out the front door.We found the house to be a warm and comfortable place to stay during almost two weeks in London. The beds were all very comfortable, the kitchen was very well stocked and the availability of a washer and dryer was critical to helping us get through a couple rainy days in London. Absolutely, next time we are back in the London area, this is the home where we will stay.

Perfect spot for family to connect and explore London

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at Dukes Lane. The property is ideally located in between the Notting Hill Gate and High Kensington tube stations - and a bus stop is just around the corner. There are wonderful restaurants within walking distance (Ffionas, Churchill Arms, Elephant and Castle) and what became our favorite coffee shop, Sip&Rise, is right around the corner. A perfect provisioning store is just steps away where you can get gourmet cheese, wine, and more (Bayley & Sage). The property manager was a pleasure to work with and made our check in-and-out simple, coordinating our transportation to and from the airport. The property was clean and comfortable and offered our family with adult children space to visit as well as privacy when needed. The kitchen was well-stocked, with plenty of glasses and plates to accommodate our group. The listing picture for the 4th bedroom was a bit deceiving with what looks like two beds in one bedroom. The top floor has two separate bedrooms, each with a single bed and a bathroom to share. It was perfect for everyone in our family to have their own bedroom space. We hope to return again, thank you for a wonderful family vacation.
