With communal swimming pools and surrounded by pleasant native vegetation and large gardens. Located in the lower part of San Jaime, a few metres from shopping areas and Son Bou beach. All apartments are south-facing and can be on the ground floor or on the upper floor. The apartments stand out for their comfort and simplicity. Inside, they maintain a Mediterranean aesthetic. The living-dining room and kitchen share the same fully furnished space. The apartments consist of 2 bedrooms, the first is double, with a double bed and air conditioning and access to a small rear terrace; the second bedroom is single with 2 smaller single beds with a small wardrobe. In addition to the bedrooms, the apartments have at least one full bathroom with shower or bathtub, toilet, sink. At our reception you will find a safe, changing rooms with showers and luggage storage. The complementary offer is very varied, and includes all kinds of bars, restaurants, a supermarket, a children's playground, a tennis court and a medical centre. The distance to the beach is between 400 and 800 metres approximately and you can walk along the promenade. The swimming pools are managed by the restaurants, which may incur a minimum cost for consumption. The use of sun loungers and parasols may incur an additional cost. The complementary offer in the Son Bou area from 1st November to 30th April, some restaurant and swimming pool services are not guaranteed, a rental car is recommended.
