Excellent Property in Tamarindo
We had efficient and timely communication with the property manager Audra prior to arriving which put our mind at ease. She had the place ready for us early after arriving in Costa Rica on a red eye flight which was greatly appreciated. The property has a excellent location that is quiet enough and easy to travel in and out of. The property shows pride in ownership, well maintained and everything is in brand new condition. We appreciated the full sized fridge and kitchen amenities although we didn't cook there, the kitchen was well equipment and there was a bbq area available by the pool if you wanted to use it. Having two large bathrooms and spacious bedrooms with plenty of storage were tremendous for our family of 4. The air conditioning in each area worked perfect and all information provided was thorough and clear. Having great wifi and access to streaming services was appreciated. We left our rental car parked pretty much our entire stay and walked into the main downtown area and beach daily. The location is very close to many restaurants, stores, banks and the night market on Thursday night is just down the street. We had a medical emergency happen while in Tamarindo and appreciated that the owner was on property and checked on us, was extremely helpful and went above an beyond to make our last day much better than it began. If we are to return to Tamarindo we would choose to come back to Maravilla Estates for sure. Highly Recommend. Pura Vida!
