This is a beautiful home with many amenities. It’s very close to the beach and also has a great pool. It was very clean and the management company was great!

Came with 3 of our children and their families! The house was perfect! There was plenty of space for everyone to hang out together or do their own thing! All the kids, big kids and littles too, loved the outdoor space! Being steps from the beach was perfect for all of our family aged 8 months to 86 years!!

The pool area is the place to hang out. We can't say enough nice things about 11 Painting Bunting.

Another Sea Pines Trip, But a Different House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been to Sea Pines each of the past 3 years, but with a different group and needed a house to accommodate a number of young family members. We selected 11 Painted Bunting based on the number of bedroom and arrangement, having the extra game room, heated pool and close proximity to the beach. This house was excellent on all aspects. Plenty of space, great kitchen to cook for a large group and all off the utensils, accessories, etc.... to make it a really good choice.

Birthday/Family Get-together

Great home that gave 9 adults and 6 kids plenty of space. Kitchen was wonderful. Had all the dishes, utensils, cooking ware you could ever need. Although we brought our own beach and pool toys we didn't need to. Plenty to pick from in the garage. Best vacation - mornings at the beach, afternoons at the pool and family dinners. A great house!!

Well stocked with everything you need from large pots to mixers, crockpots, roasters, etc.Beach is beautiful , we saw lots of dolphins everyday.Only frustration was cars from #15 keep parking between house #13&15 and blocking the designated access up get our 2 beach carts to beach path.

It was clean and everything was in perfect working order. We had some trouble with the pool/spa heat at one point and the response was rapid and the problem was resolved quickly. Perfect path to the beach and wonderful indoor and outdoor spaces. We all had an amazing time making memories in this wonderful home! Can't wait to come back.

Last Minute Spring Break - Great find.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this house for a last minute spring break trip when we had to cancel our previously scheduled trip. Overall, the house had a lot of great advantages: 1) plenty big enough for 2 families, with our group being 4 adults and 3 kids. (note: it could easily fit 3 families.); 2) Heated pool & hot tub, which was a must in March; 3) Fantastic location in Sea Pines community and within probably 50 yards from a great and less populated beach; 4) Basketball hoop in the driveway (another thing to get kids off the devices!Only critiques would be: 1) WIFI - it was very slow. The 4 adults had work to do during the mornings especially, and between adults & kids on devices, it was very slow. A couple of us connected to personal hotspots on our phones. This may not be an issue for a 'normal' vacation when no work is required; 2) A few things could use some updating, like deck/pool chairs. Again, not a major issue. Just an opportunity. It wouldn't prevent me from recommending it based on the rest of the features - i.e. space, location, etc.Just to add...Coastal Home & Villa were amazing to deal with!! So much better than any other property agency i contacted when looking for a rental. They were super responsive when trying to book last minute and also when we had an issue of needing the pool cleaned. (We arrived in the evening and there was a guy there the next morning.) Thanks to the Coastal team!!

Reviewer Comments: We had a great week.This house works out great for our big family.We love the two fridges, two sinks, two dishwashers---that all helps with a large group.I would recommend providing several more kitchen dish towels as well as some blankets and extra pillows for the bedrooms.We did have a problem with the trash not being picked up on either day it was supposed to, but the management company was quick to send someone over to quickly pick it up. We greatly appreciated that.Looking forward to next year!!
