Welcome to 6 East Beach Lagoon! This five bedroom, six bathroom Sea Pines home is located oceanside in Sea Pines and can sleep a group of up to 14 guests. Situated on an oceanside paddle lot, it is a very easy walk to the beach - approximately 65 yards to the beach via a private beach boardwalk. With peek-a-boo ocean glimpses from select rooms and the beach just steps away, you’ll enjoy the perfect blend of ocean proximity and relaxed coastal living.

**Bedding Configuration**

• Bedroom 1: King (Primary #1, 1st Floor, 50” Flat Screen TV, Private Bath)

• Bedroom 2: Queen (1st Floor, 43” Flat Screen TV, Private Bath)

• Bedroom 3: King + Twin Daybed w/ Twin Pull-Out Trundle (Primary #2, 2nd Floor, 50” Flat Screen TV, Private Bath)

• Bedroom 4: King (2nd Floor, 50” Flat Screen TV, Private Bath)

• Bedroom 5: Two Twins (2nd Floor, Private Bath)

• Additional Sleeping Option: Sleeper Sofa (2nd Floor Living Area, 65" Flat Screen TV)


**Additional Information**

• Distance to Beach: Oceanside home located approximately 65 yards from the beach via a private boardwalk.

• Pool/Spa Info: The private pool is approximately 24’ x 17’ with a depth range of 3-5’. The spa can be heated year-round for $45/day + tax with a four consecutive day minimum. The pool can be heated seasonally between Labor Day and Memorial Day for $115/day + tax with a four consecutive day minimum. If pool heat is added, spa heat is included. No pool heat is available during the summer months. Please email or call us at least two weeks prior to your arrival if you would like to add pool and/or spa heat for your stay.

We had a great time at this home. It was beautiful, clean, large, and well appointed. The pool and jacuzzi were a lot of fun and the grandkids loved them. I would absolutely rent this home again. My only small suggestion would be to purchase some extra bed pillows for renters. We couldn’t find one extra and several of us wanted more than one. I highly recommend this home!

We absolutely loved our stay at this home in Sea Pines! It was the perfect house for our large family group and gave everyone plenty of space to spread out while still having wonderful areas to gather together.The home was beautiful, comfortable, extremely clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing week. The location in Sea Pines was fantastic, and we loved being so close to the private beach and biking trails. The house was even better than we expected, and we honestly didn't want to leave! We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable home for a family or larger group. It was a wonderful week and made our first time to Hilton Head one to remember.

It made getting to the beach quick and easy without having to worry about parking, and we loved being able to go back and forth throughout the day.We’re already looking at booking the home again for next year – we loved it so much!
