It was a great Fall Break home away from home. Location was great. Open floor plan on main level worked good for us. Sad the master suite on main level won’t be available to use in 2024.

We all agreed that this was the best house we have ever had. It was beautifully furnished, clean and very close to the beach. When we arrived they were there fixing something that was broken and didn’t wait until we had called and complained about it. Looking forward to staying at the same house next year.

It was a great choice. The home is large with plenty of bedrooms and baths. We had 6 adults and 3 children. Plenty of room for everyone. Short walk to the beach. Kitchen was well equipped. Pool was fun for the children. I would recommend to others.

A Piece of Paradise

Wow, what an amazing vacation! The house is comfortably large and beautifully decorated. It manages to gather the family in one large space, but yet bedrooms big enough that you could retreat for some alone time. Never had a family trip where no one wanting to go home. Beautiful property! Highly recommend!

Great house!

We loved this house. We had 2 families that shared it. If you have lots of kids, there are only 2 bedrooms with twins/doubles. But it fit our group perfectly. It is also close to the beach - a very easy walk.

The house was beautiful, clean, well stocked and big enough for everyone to have their own personal space. The location was private with a outdoor pool and a short walk to a private section of the beach. Management company was very responsive and promptly took care of a few minor complaints (ie difficulty turning on grill, getting leaves out of pool). Cleaning service was excellent. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this rental to others and hope to be back in the future.

A great family getaway

Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and a large, open common area for gathering together. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The dining room table was large and there was lots of seating in the living room, so it was easy for everyone to be together. We would love to rent this house again.

Great Stay

We just returned from a week at this beautiful home. For us, the location was perfect and we loved that you could walk back and forth to the beach because it was so close. Plenty of room for our large group of adults and teenagers. Very well stocked kitchen and lots of room to feed a large group (so many vacation rentals overlook that detail). Property manager was very responsive to a few minor issues and also after a tropical storm hit the island. We couldn't be more pleased with their response. Will book with them again for sure.

Another Beautiful Week in HHI!

My wife and I have been vacationing in HHI with our family, specifically Sea Pines, for the past 15 years and have rented numerous properties through this time frame. This property is by far the nicest we have experienced. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the necessities, the house is very beautiful, clean and well maintained and the pool area was clean and orderly. We had a large group, 13 adults, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The close proximity to the beach was also a bonus. We will definitely look at this property for future vacations.

The pool and spa were so nice at the end of a long day on the beach. The kitchen is lovely and updated. The bathrooms and closets are all very large. We did have several issues with some of the appliances, but Coastal Home and Villa was absolutely amazing at responding to our every need and making it right. They answered calls and emails within 5 minutes. Their service truly made our stay much better.
