This tastefully designed 3 bed villa has a wonderful blend of traditional features and modern amenities. You'll find restaurants, minimarket, and cafes 5 minutes away in Villa Casteli, and the town of Ceglie Messapica, known as the 'Land of Culinary Tradition' is just a 10 minute drive away with a whole host of restaurants. WiFi, pool heating, and air conditioning/ heating in bedrooms are included.
Nestled in the beautiful Puglian countryside, Villa Famigiu is a mere 10 minute drive from the traditional town of Ceglie Messapica, celebrated for its rich culinary heritage. Here, you can enjoy an array of local restaurants along the quaint narrow streets and bustling main square. You’ll be ideally positioned to explore the Valle D’Itria picturesque towns of Ostuni known for its history and architecture, Carovigno, and San Vito dei Normanni, all within a 30-minute drive.
