This trulli villa represents an authentic and surprising retreat, where you can relax and reconnect with nature. Staying in a house built entirely of stone is a unique experience: every environment transmits a sense of authenticity and tradition, but without sacrificing comfort and harmony. Every room in this enchanting property is a trullo: a delightful entrance welcomes guests and allows them to immediately immerse themselves in the magical atmosphere that reigns throughout the house; from there you can access the living area with sofa and the kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners to consume inside or in the garden. The villa in Trulli is completed by two comfortable double bedrooms and a practical bathroom.

Outside, the “Trullo Orto dei Nonni” is manifested in all its glory: a large, perfectly maintained garden houses a beautiful swimming pool, a relaxation area with several seats and a large gazebo with table for outdoor lunches and dinners. Outside, a barbecue completes this villa, which makes authenticity its distinctive feature. Perfect for a family or two couples, it is equipped with a heating system that makes it cozy in any season.

The property is equipped with external surveillance cameras.
At the time of check-in, you will be required to show a photo ID and to sign a contract, as required by Italian rental law.


The entrance to our apartments is scheduled from 17 to 20. Arrivals after 20 are subject to payment of a supplement: between 21 and midnight of 50€, between midnight and 2 of 80€.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. In the event of a violation, an amount equal to 200€ will be charged.



Pets are not allowed. If the booked apartment is pet-friendly, admission is subject to request and a cleaning fee and a deposit of 200€ will be required in case of any damage.


PROPERTY REGULATIONS
Groups of young people are not accepted, especially if there are minors who are not accompanied by their parents. Age will be verified upon check-in.
