While the decor and some furniture didn’t match the pictures, it was still a beautiful property with comfortable furniture. We enjoyed our stay. The view was beautiful.

Enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Nice room, great view. Beach can get a little busy for my liking. My only critique is the workout room… not really a work out room. Loved the dry sauna!!!

Nice place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family came down for spring break. We were happy to find clean rooms and ample space for us to be comfortable. We enjoyed staying and loved the easy access to the beach. Only complaint was the tv was hard to see and the coloring was off and not fixable. We contacted maintenance as soon as we arrived and multiple times after and the issue was never addressed or resolved. Watching movies is a big part of our family vacation so we were disappointed. Would have given 4-5 stars if we were contacted and repairs were attempted but it never was addressed, answered or resolved.

The room is a good size the balcony was really big and nice. Elevators a little tight trying to get the dumb water in and parking is tight but other than that it was a nice place

Amazing view with private huge balcony

This condo was perfect for me and my guests it was on the 10th floor which gave plenty of beautiful views and privacy. I loved the decorating but it does need a little updating. There are no bars for the bathtubs. Plan on bringing all of your own cleaning supplies, such as a mop and a toilet brush cleaner, etc. But for the price, it's worth it to walk over to Walmart to purchase supplies. The location of the condo is perfect it's not too busy and easy walking distance to many different things. Everything worked well and I had a wonderful time

Perfect getaway

Amazing views, very clean, nice layout with en-suite bathrooms for both bedrooms. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy your condo. We needed a last minute getaway. Place was well equipped for cooking in unit. Views from fantastic balcony were stunning. Peaceful retreat. With lots to do in Panama City Beach. Thank you.

Very disappointed

Check in was fine. The condo was not clean. Long dark hair on the floor. I walked across the floor my feet were black. I went to Walmart and bought a mop and lots of cleaning supplies. I thought we paid for a clean condo. I took pictures. The mattress on the king bed is so worn you roll to the middle. The sheets are stained. I’m glad I brought all of my linens. The other queen bed was like laying on the floor. The tvs are horrible. They finally put a Roku on the small tv and fixed that tv. The living room tv is so blue. The entertainment cabinet has a pc of glass missing, There is a screw holding one of the kitchen chairs together. We were very disappointed with all the good reviews. There is food under the refrigerator. The remote was In the chair and I had to put my hand in the side of the chair just absolutely gross. Filthy. We did not use any of the plates,utensils, pots pans nothing. The last poster said it best the toaster looked as they did get it from goodwill.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Over all it was a good stay and convenient to everything. We did walk into an abundance of bath towels and bedsheets still laying on the floor next to the washer, the lock latch busted,and remote missing bottom cover,and a scrub shirt. I did email them just to notify them what we found. They responded in a timely manner and came up to retrieve them but we already washed them ourselves. They also did not have any potholders to get things out of the oven and they had 1 dish towel and 1 dish cloth. They need to increase those things. Elevators are very slow to retrieve and have waited 10 mins for one.

Fun stay but elevator woes

Very happy with our stay, very clean and the pool boy was cleaning every morning and that was great. Unfortunately, One of out of the three elevators was not working for the whole week we were there. The other remaining elevator was touch and go for a couple of days. I felt for those staying on the higher levels of the condo. We were on the 10th floor and had to walk down 10 flights twice while we were there. Good exercise but carrying a toddler down 10 flights was a work out. Please fix elevator situation. Otherwise enjoyed stay.
