Casa Volver: A Unique 3-Bedroom Designer Penthouse with Stunning Views and Vibrant Charm! Welcome to Casa Volver, a luxurious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment designed by the renowned architectural duo Adam & Adam. With its colorful, playful style and elegant touches, Casa Volver draws inspiration from the cinematic world of Almodóvar, offering a unique nod to Spanish culture while delivering unparalleled comfort. The Penthouse has its own plunge pool (not heated). The community offers a big community pool with free sunloungers. Als wothin the community you will find a spa with a sauna, jacuzzi and a whirlpool. Also in the community you will find a lovely gym. The apartment has an parking garage underneath the house with two parking spots. The elevator brings you to your penthouse. Within a 5 minute drive you will find the beach, clubs, bars restaurants. In 10 minutes you are in the oldtown of marbella and in 15 minutes in puerto banus. The aiport of malaga is 35 minutes away.
