Ca na Catalina is a charming village house located just a few minutes from the main square of Sóller. The property features a traditional Mallorcan stone entrance that opens onto a cozy, light-filled living room and a fully equipped kitchen. On this level, you will also find a beautiful terrace, perfect for enjoying the pleasant Mediterranean climate.

The house offers 3 double bedrooms, a full bathroom, and an additional guest toilet, providing space and comfort for the whole family. It is equipped with air conditioning, a wood-burning stove, internet connection, and satellite TV, ensuring a comfortable stay at any time of the year.

This typical townhouse is only a short walk from the beautiful main square of Sóller, allowing you to enjoy not only its traditional charm but also the town’s vibrant cultural life. Art lovers should not miss Can Prunera, a beautifully restored Art Nouveau mansion with an excellent collection of works by artists such as Picasso, Warhol, and local talents Miquel Barceló and Francesca Martí.

On the main road on the outskirts of the town, just a short stroll away, you will also find the Balearic Museum of Natural Sciences together with the Botanical Garden, home to a wide variety of native plant species. Sóller is also the perfect starting point for a number of scenic hiking routes and is a popular destination for mountain bikers.

The locaction of this property is brilliant - just off a main street that leads to the town square. The kitchen was well equipped and the property was clean, great air con and a lovely small garden out the back. Parasols provided for the trip to the beach!

Lovely home close to plaza

Great location near restaurants, coffee shops, tram, and shopping. Port de Soller is about 3 miles away which is accessible by tram. The home is very comfortable and has all the amenities you need.

Beautiful Home

The house is beautiful and in a fantastic location. The hosts were very responsive, and everything went smoothly. The only thing I found challenging is that the beds and a few of the door ways are not meant for tall people. At 6’2”, my feet were slightly off the mattress.

First trip to Mallorca!

Absolutely loved the home! Great location near the square, easy access to parking, no fuss, no hassles. Plenty of room, authentic character, and central location all for a very reasonable price! Highly recommend! Only suggestion to the host would be a new coffee maker:)

Soller property review

Property is large and very comfortable, it is only a few minutes walk from the main square but is in a quiet side street. It was very convenient for all our needs and Virginia was extremely helpful in directing us to the property and ensuring our stay was so pleasant.

An excellently located property.

This is a typical Mallorcan town house in an excellent location close to the centre of Sóller. It was very clean and well equipped. Air conditioning and WiFi are are a welcome addition. I would strongly recommend for small family or two couples.

An authentic Mallorcan house in a beautiful town

This is a lovely house - I wish we were still there! There is plenty of space for a family and the location couldn’t be better. Very straight forward and helpful communication with Mar. It’s a wonderful part of Mallorca and I would definitely recommend a stay here

Fourth time and counting!

This is our fourth stay at Ca na Catalina which is positioned in a quiet street just off the main town square. Soller and it's surroundings are superb. The Fira was quite an experience! The agent Xisca and her staff could not have been more helpful and kind. We look forward to returning next year!

Beautiful Soller House

Virginia was so helpful regarding a late check out. The house is in a most delightful spot off Carrer Lluna which is where the main shopping area is off the Square. It’s ideal for a Soller Pueblo stay. Thank you Virginia.

Comfortable house in a great location. Quiet despite it's proximity to the central square. Air conditioning very welcome given how hot it ws. Virginia very helpful. Could do with some sun loungers. Would return for another stay.

Genteel and relaxed holiday

Classy, spacious. Sadly however, if 2 friends are staying, 1 has a beautiful bedroom, and the other has to stay in a not so nice bed and bedroom. This is my only criticism.

Soller in October

We had a lovely holiday at this house in Soller in October. The house is located within a few minutes walk of the main square, where there are lots of shops and restaurants. We will be back.

Great location

I travelled with my 2 children + one friend. The place is amazing. Everything is accurate. We loved the location, no need a car, everything is reached by walking. I would love to rent this proprety again. The house has a lot of stairs, so be carefull if you can't climb them, but if it's ok, there's no problem.

Centre of the Universe!

Söller is an ideal centre, especially as in our case, for walking. The apartment is in the centre of Söller so what more could you ask? It’s well equipped; has a pleasant courtyard to sit out in and the view through the kitchen window of the mountains makes washing up a real pleasure! Xisca were very helpful and altogether Söller is a super place to holiday. One small caveat: there are major renovation works to a neighbouring property so you may be unlucky regarding noise from time to time. We look forward to our next visit!

Great location with poor management

Location can't be beaten; a block and a half from the main town square surrounded by great restaurants and everything Sóller has to offer. Unfortunately, the management company was not up to par. The default WiFi password provided at the house had been changed so we had no internet/phone for the first day. The second day we awoke to the smoke detector battery pinging due to low battery. The owner apologized for construction next door but agent provided no notice before our arrival. As with all VRBO reservations, we paid for our 7-day stay in full prior to our arrival. Yet before our checkout, the agent stated that we owed an additional €259. Later, we received a VRBO notice she advised them that we owed an additional €355. The next day she advised that we owed €267.
