Ca na Catalina is a charming village house located just a few minutes from the main square of Sóller. The property features a traditional Mallorcan stone entrance that opens onto a cozy, light-filled living room and a fully equipped kitchen. On this level, you will also find a beautiful terrace, perfect for enjoying the pleasant Mediterranean climate.

The house offers 3 double bedrooms, a full bathroom, and an additional guest toilet, providing space and comfort for the whole family. It is equipped with air conditioning, a wood-burning stove, internet connection, and satellite TV, ensuring a comfortable stay at any time of the year.

This typical townhouse is only a short walk from the beautiful main square of Sóller, allowing you to enjoy not only its traditional charm but also the town’s vibrant cultural life. Art lovers should not miss Can Prunera, a beautifully restored Art Nouveau mansion with an excellent collection of works by artists such as Picasso, Warhol, and local talents Miquel Barceló and Francesca Martí.

On the main road on the outskirts of the town, just a short stroll away, you will also find the Balearic Museum of Natural Sciences together with the Botanical Garden, home to a wide variety of native plant species. Sóller is also the perfect starting point for a number of scenic hiking routes and is a popular destination for mountain bikers.

Amazing place in an amazing location! House had everything we needed, and the host was very easy to work with! Would absolutely recommend. We traveled with an infant and they made the stay very easy.

The locaction of this property is brilliant - just off a main street that leads to the town square. The kitchen was well equipped and the property was clean, great air con and a lovely small garden out the back. Parasols provided for the trip to the beach!

Le logement est parfait pour une famille de 4 personnes avec des adolescents.Propre et spacieux.Située au coeur du village, la situation du logement est parfaite, proche des animations, commerces, restaurants ...La climatisation dans les chambres et dans le salon est idéale avec la chalaur.Le beau saladier de citrons et oranges à notre arrivée a été très apprécié, les fruits sont délicieux. La climatisation dans la chambre du haut, serait un plus pour accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes en plein été.La personne de l'agence a été très disponible pour nous, car nous nous sommes retrouvé enfermés dehors, en claquant la porte sans poignée, les clés sont restés à l'intérieur.Il faudrait peut être mettre en garde les locataires.Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Merci beaucoup !

Lovely home close to plaza

Great location near restaurants, coffee shops, tram, and shopping. Port de Soller is about 3 miles away which is accessible by tram. The home is very comfortable and has all the amenities you need.

Beautiful Home

The house is beautiful and in a fantastic location. The hosts were very responsive, and everything went smoothly. The only thing I found challenging is that the beds and a few of the door ways are not meant for tall people. At 6’2”, my feet were slightly off the mattress.

Great property in a brilliant location

Fantástica Estancia

Sóller es una joya en una Isla que es el paraíso. Y allí una casa de pueblo acogedora, céntrica y decorada con gusto. Soy de bastante lejos y eso es lo que me impide volver pero quedará en mi recuerdo.

Genteel and relaxed holiday

Classy, spacious. Sadly however, if 2 friends are staying, 1 has a beautiful bedroom, and the other has to stay in a not so nice bed and bedroom. This is my only criticism.
