Big Terrace Apartment - Studio with Terrace and City View - First floor

Big Terrace Apartment is located only 15 minutes from the beautiful Lapad Bay and 35 minutes from the Old Town. It is the best choice if you want to spend your vacations in peace and quiet environment, far from the city crowds, and also to have nearby all you need during your holidays.

This cozy studio apartment will also provide you with a lovely furnished terrace which is perfect for a relaxing.

Luggage storage is possible prior check in and after check out.

Free private parking is available on site, reservation is not needed.

This beautiful studio apartment features free WiFi, air-conditioning and SAT TV, Plasma TV, well equipped kitchen with dining area and a private bathroom. Kitchen comes with Oven, Stove, Refrigerator, Water Kettle and Toaster. Bathroom is fitted with shower, hair dryer and washing machine.
It will also provide you with a lovely furnished terrace which is perfect for a relaxing.

This studio apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 persons.

The part of the town, where this apartment is located, is very popular because everything you may need is in a proximate distance and guests can reach Old Town in less then 10 minutes drive or 35 minutes walk. Grocery store, bus station, restaurants, bars and cafes can be found in 600 meters range, as well as bakeries and ATMs.
Nearest beach is 15 minutes walk from the apartment.
Bus stop is 500 meters from the property.

Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 6 minutes ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 22.5 km away.
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
