The villa, which accommodates up to 12 guests, offers breathtaking mountain views and is tastefully furnished to ensure a comfortable stay. Inside, the spacious living-dining area and bright, modern kitchen are equipped with all the essentials for preparing delightful meals. For added comfort, each room in the house is fitted with air conditioning.



Located in the picturesque village of Caimari, at the base of the Sierra de Tramuntana, Villa Augusta is nestled in a rustic, tranquil setting, far from the busy tourist areas. The region is a paradise for nature lovers, with numerous hiking trails, biking routes, and climbing opportunities suitable for all levels of experience.



Each bedroom in Villa Augusta is thoughtfully designed, offering king-size beds, air conditioning, and en-suite bathrooms complete with hydro-massage baths, showers, and hairdryers. Several bedrooms also feature TVs and additional sofa beds, making the villa ideal for families or groups of friends.



Please note that certain additional costs apply during your stay. A tourist tax is mandatory, and optional extras include a high chair, available for EUR 29 per booking, and a cot/crib at EUR 69 per night.



A damage deposit of EUR 550 is required and will be charged seven days before your arrival via credit card. This deposit will be refunded in full within seven days of check-out, subject to a satisfactory property inspection.
