Thanks for the feedback, Harrison. Glad you enjoyed the location and found the place clean and communication smooth. We take great pride in maintaining the home and regularly update it, but as a well-loved and frequently booked property in a high-demand area, it does see normal use from guests. Appreciate you staying with us and wish you the best in your future travels.

A perfect location for exploring Denver! My friend group was reuniting in town, so all we wanted was to bop around and eat, drink and watch a Rockies game - this location couldn’t have been better. We also made great use of the upstairs deck! The prime RiNo location, smooth check-in process and great owner communication would for sure make us book here again!

Perfect location

We were very happy exploring Rino and having a garage for offstreet parking. The owner is one of the most responsive we have ever met in our many rental journeys.

Our stay was wonderful. We really enjoyed staying at your place. On Monday, walked around and saw the street art. We didn't even leave the condo on Tuesday because of the weather. We didn't run out of things to talk about. We were high school friends. Two of us live in st louis and one lives in Billings MT. we just wanted to go somewhere so we could visit. Thank you for providing us such a good place so that we could do that.

Fine overall, reasonably priced for the area

The host is incredibly communicative (really very much so); helped situated a remote team of colleagues who stayed and were coming & going during a busy conference week. Stay itself was fine - just fine - the group's suggestion is to have a sprucing up of some of the interiors and perhaps a deep clean as well. Location cannot be beat, will say that much!

Great Location

Very happy with our stay! The location was perfect for our bachelor party as we could walk to so many restaurants and breweries and truthfully not a bad walk to downtown. The place was great for us and we really appreciated that there were three additional sleeping pads and tons of extra sheets and blankets/pillows so that everyone could have their own bed. Very nice to have a garage as street parking can be difficult. Would recommend and would stay again

Great space in a great location

Family stayed for a wedding at Blanc-we could walk there. Plenty of space for all 10 of us to relax between events! Salil was super helpful and answered every question promptly! RiNo and all it has to offer is right around the corner-spent many hours and steps exploring! Nice view from balcony! Wonderful place to stay!

Wedding Stay in RINO

Salil was very easily accessible during our stay. The home was big enough for our party of 6 and we even hosted the groomsmen on wedding day to get dressed. Our wedding venue was walking distance to the home and they actually walked to the ceremony. Location is also close to breweries, restaurants and shops. Overall, perfect for our needs.

Good Location

This place is in a good location in terms of walking distance to bars and restaurants. However, it is a new building nestled in an older neighborhood. The building has some more wear and tear than shown in the photos and the cleanliness wasn’t up to our expectations, however, overall it was a fine place to stay. The host was very accommodating and let us have an early check in.

The neighborhood is the River North Arts District! it's quite a trendy neighborhood. Next time please do let me know about any problem spots and my cleaning team will be happy to return! Hopefully the fact i was able to let your group check in 3 hours early so just next time let me know about any spots the cleaners overlooked and i'll be sure to get it handled! Thanks so much.

Hi Jenny, I'm actually getting the place painted today! And it's on the schedule for a deep clean. I get a deep clean twice a year. Hopefully the fact I was able to allow you to check in at 9am made up for normal wear and tear. Come back again!

Wonderful RiNo Stay!

Booked the house because our daughter was getting married at BLANC and what an ideal location this was! Salil (house host) was a terrific communicator and checked in with us throughout our stay to see if we needed anything. Garage was a bonus as we were there for the season's first snow storm....made getting inside the unit a breeze. One block to Larimer Street allowed everyone easy walking access to restaurants, breweries, and fun activities. Home had everything you could need (coffee pot, hair dryer, iron, etc) when traveling. We will definitely book this home on our next family trip to Denver!

Great place and fun location!

This place was perfect for our group of 7. We were in town for an ultimate tournament in Aurora and access to the highway is only about three minutes from the house. The house was clean and the beds were comfy! You can walk to one of the coolest neighborhoods in Denver - RiNo! The washer and dryer were so appreciated after long days on the fields. Salil is so communicative and easy to reach. We had a slight tub clog that he was able to immediately resolve before we were home for the day. We appreciated his responsiveness! Thanks for a great stay in a beautiful home!

Hello, I'm Salil. Welcome to Denver! Originally from New York, I left my life in the big apple a few years ago to start a new life in the Rockies. I work remotely from my home in RiNo and like to frequent the various breweries and restaurant in the neighborhood with my dog Penny. Hope you fall in love with this hood as much as I have. Have fun in the mile high city!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We chose this neighborhood because it embodies the creative and energetic spirit of Denver. Nestled in the heart of the RiNo Arts District, our home is surrounded by colorful murals, art galleries, and some of the city’s best local breweries and eateries - all within walking distance. There's always something happening, from open-air markets to live music and pop-up events. We love how the area blends historic charm with a modern, urban vibe, making it the perfect spot for both locals and visitors to experience Denver’s culture. Whether we're grabbing coffee on Larimer Street, exploring nearby art studios, or catching a show, RiNo offers something new every time we step outside.

この宿泊施設の特徴

What makes our home stand out is the combination of thoughtful amenities and unforgettable views. The private, attached garage with keyless entry makes coming and going effortless. However, the real highlight is the expansive rooftop balcony, a private perch offering stunning, unobstructed views of the Rocky Mountains. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee or winding down with a drink at sunset, it's the perfect place to take in Colorado’s natural beauty - all from the comfort of your own space.
