The apartment:



This cosy apartment located on the semi-basement floor of the building can accommodate up to six guests.



Its modern design provides a pleasant atmosphere in all its rooms. The living room features a double sofa bed, a superb designer chair, a smart TV, and an attractive decoration that brings warmth to the space.



The dining area is located in the living room area, inviting you to enjoy meals and after-meal conversations in good company. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary for a stay full of comfort.



The flat has two excellent and spacious rooms with a double bed, and two comfortable full bathrooms with a shower and a toilet.



The apartment has air conditioning.



The cot is subject to availability. Please advise no later than 5 days in advance.



To be taken into account:



IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.



The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.



For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.



Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
