3-bedroom apartment located in the heart of the historic centre, right next to the Cathedral. Suitable for up to 6 guests.
The living area has a sofa, 2 armchairs, coffee table and TV. Dining table and 6 chairs. The kitchen, with a separate entrance, is fully equipped with utensils and appliances for self-catering - oven and washing machine included.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (150x200cm); bedroom 2 has a double bed (150x200cm); bedroom 3 has twin beds (0,90x200cm). All rooms have a wardrobe for storing your belongings.
The two bathrooms have a walk-in shower or a bathtub with a shower head.
Other features: high speed fiber optic internet connection, central air-conditioning with cooling and heating and marble flooring. Third floor, with elevator.
Washing / drying: The apartment has a washing machine and rack to dry your clothes inside. You can also use the laundry service at Calle Fernández y González 20, located just 1min walk away.
Parking: We recommend the public parking Mercado del Arenal, located 550 metres from the apartment.
