Apartment in old historic building in the heart of Florence, surrounded by places of artistic and historical value. Great location, really strategic. You will feel surrounded by the history of this romantic and fascinating city... Placed on the first floor (29 steps), 50 square meters, accommodates up to 6 people. Consists of 2 bedrooms, living room with kitchen and double sofa bed, bathroom with shower. Free WiFi, air conditioning.

The apartment is 30 seconds away from Piazza della Signoria! The area is full of all kinds of shops, artisans, laboratories, markets, monuments, churches, museums, restaurants, wine bars, you'll be in the middle of all that Florence can offer !!! great location

We had a nice stay in Florence. This apartment was located centrally of all the places we wanted to visit. It was equipped with all that we needed...even a washing machine. We were happy with our stay.

Trip of a Lifetime

My family and I stayed for three nights and found the apartment to be very comfortable. The beds were very cozy and the shower was amazing. We especially appreciated the proximity to major attractions and found the noise level from the street was not a problem. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Make your Florence stay special....we loved it!

Great location. Very nice flat. The couple that handle the property met us there and were just super nice and helpful. Walk from the train station, walk to all the major sites. We highly recommend this apartment and we loved Florence!

Great Location

Great location, price and amenities. However, the unit is up a very tight and very steep stairwell. The property manager was very quick to respond to questions or issues.

Very nice apartment in the center of town.

Could not be more pleased. The apartment was clean, plenty of room and very convenient. The property manager was more than attentive. Would definitely recommend this property.

Location is perfect

The apartment is one block from Piazza Vecchio. 10 minutes to the Duomo. Comfortable AC for hot Florence summer.

Perfect location. Few minutes walk to most of the sights. Cafes and shopping nearby.

We had a great visit. Overall the apartment was wonderful and Stefania and her group were very informative and helpful. Word of warning though, the stairs are steep and it was a bit of a challenge handling our suitcases. That said, highly recommend!!

History alive in Florence

The best location. Historical apartment. Hosts excellent on communication. It could have used updates. It smelled a little musty. Small things like dish soap to clean used dishes would be helpful.

Amazing Location

The location couldn’t be better! Everything Florence has to offer is easy walking distance from this lovely flat. We loved being so close to so much history and culture. The flat was clean and comfortable. A couple things to note. The stairs leading to it are steep and potentially slippery. This is a historic building, wonderfully updated but still has some old world features. Also, be sure to pay the required city tax in advance or you could find yourself locked outside in the rain.

Great location

Apartment has a good location, it is within walking distance from train station and major attractions. I was able to turn on the lights for the building stairs from the 1st floor, but I was not able to do so from the apartment door so getting out of the building at night we had to use our phone lights. Definitely will stay again.

Cozy apartment right in the center of Florence.

My family, 2 adults and 2 teenagers had a wonderful time in the Florence Tower Apartment. The location was great for walking to all the sights, restaurants and train station. Stefania and Maria gave us nice recommendations on local sites and restaurants. The apartment was well furnished and clean. There is some late night street noise but we used ear plugs and were fine.

A week in Florence

The host, intermediary and owner very quick to respond to any concerns. Wish we had just a tad more info about using different things in the apartment. All attractions were within walking distance. There is a midnight noise curfew for music, none for revelers, which could be a challenge for some because it is so close to all the action.

Comfortable apartment in the heart of Florence

Our family of five loved this apartment! Very comfortable and charming. Stefania was so easy to work with. The location couldn't have been better, pretty quiet and central to all the sights. Pros: Comfortable and clean; easy walk from train station; easy communication with owner and assistant. Cons: Steps are steep and might be hard for some people; grocery market was hard to find.

Delightful and wonderful location!

Very accommodating and very comfortable stay! We especially enjoyed picking up groceries from nearby market and preparing a home cooked meal. Loved the "Bar" just around the corner serving delicious hot chocolate. Close to museums, shops and many Fiorenze sites. We could not access GPS with in the city limits so important you locate on local map before driving into city. Parking garage was also convenient. Wish we had time to visit the owner's business but time passed too quickly.

Charming Florence apartment!

Adorable and homey apartment a very short walking distance from many major points of interest. Clean space and friendly, helpful host with great tips on getting the best gelato. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My only advice to other travelers is to pack lightly. The stairs, as they are in many places of Italy, are very steep. Otherwise a perfect spot to make you feel like you live there.

The Heart of Florence

Our family of four used the apartment as the base for all our activities. We had plenty of space, the washer was very handy, and the beds and air conditioning were fantastic after all the walking we did. Check in was very easy, and Stephania was accommodating as our arrival time changed. We were given recommendations to restaurants and the supermarket. Everything was very close - the Duomo, Uffizzi, Accademia Gallery, Ponte Vecchio - amazing! We couldn’t have asked for a better place!!

A very charming suite in the very heart of Florence.

You will not find a better location for seeing all the well-known sites. 2 blocks from Ponte Vecchio, 20 steps from Nuevo Mercado and around the corner from Piazza Della Signoria. Small food shop and ATM also very close. We loved it but the stairs are not suitable for someone who has difficulty walking. Be sure to try the pop up streetside eatery that will appear every evening outside your door. A very nicely appointed unit!

Awesome apartment near the heart of everything.

The apartment is awesome and is exactly as described on the website and it is in the heart of the action near the Duomo, Academia Galleria and Ufizzi museums. Excellent restaurants are nearby. The beds are very comfortable, all linens and sufficient bath towels of excellent quality were provided. The master bedroom faces the street so you will hear some of the street noise until the city slows down for the night. The other bedroom does not face the street so it is quiet throughout the night. The bathroom has plenty hot running water and is clean. Kitchen is nice and fully stocked with cooking supplies. Our host/greeter was very nice and knowledgeable and gave us great tips about the area, grocery store and restaurant recommendations. Our family enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this apartment to others.

Great apartment, very near the Duomo.

The apartment was very nice, and Stefania and Irene made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The king bed was very comfortable. Two of my kids slept on the twin beds, and the third on the sofa sleeper. She said it was the most comfortable sofa sleeper she had ever slept on. One note about the location. It is fantastic in that it is right down the street from the Duomo just one block off the main drag. However this does come with a downside, there is a lot of noise from the street at night, not so much cars but people walking by in various stages of intoxication. So if you plan to go to sleep early for an early get up the noise could be a problem.

AMAZING LOCATION!

We stayed in Stefania’s perfectly situated apartment for 3 nights. Fiy accommodated a late check in for us - even ran to the corner store to get milk for our morning coffee. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. There is also helpful information for local sights & restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. The location of the apartment is perfect. Most sights within easy walking distance - Ponte Vecchio, Oltroarno, Uffizzi, The Duomo & Accademia all minutes away. The Piazza Repubblica is a great spot for a glass of wine, live music and people watching. From start to finish of the reservation process and arrival, Stefania was very quick to respond to our questions. She recommended private driver to pick us up from our evening flight from Madrid. I highly recommend this property.

Location, location, location! This apartment is in the heart of Florence ideal for exploring.

We arrived at the train station and walked to the apartment which took about 15 minutes. It was easy to find and we were met by Stefanio who talked us through how things worked in the apartment. The apartment itself was well equipped, clean and tidy. Both bedrooms had air conditioning which was much appreciated as it was very warm. However the living room/kitchen could have done with air conditioning! As you step out on to the street you are minutes from all the major sights such as the Duomo, etc. Also there are many shops and restaurants on your door step. With the excellent location does come street noise however this did not really bother us as we were tired after a day of sight seeing so slept well. We would definitely stay again.
