This charming 2 bedroom flat has a surface area of 50 m² and is located in La Barceloneta, just a few steps from the beach. Super well located, very local with many local supermarkets around. The beach is only 1 minute away. The recently renovated property is exterior and has a modern kitchen, a cozy living room with TV Wi-Fi access is included.and 1 bathroom. The second bedroom is not visible in the picture, but exists, with a single bed.
**** Utility bills (electricity, water and gas) ARE INCLUDED in the monthly rental price. You will be charged a minimum monthly amount for utility bills. This amount is calculated based on the number of rooms in the flat: 2 rooms-140 euros / month. You will be charged 140 euros / month for all utilities. Not 140 euros per utility.*****h
