Central location

I liked the centralized location of this place. We were close to restaurants, shopping, pickleball courts, and not that far from the North Beach in Idaho. A little spendy, but we enjoyed our stay in Garden City.

Sisters trip to Bear Lake

Stayed at Harbor Village a few years ago with my sisters and enjoyed the location. Had a great experience again this year. Enjoyed the condo and it's location near the marina. Condo was clean and newly updated.

Apparently the town must shut down after labor Day. Most businesses and restaurants were closed for the season when we arrived.

Overall pleased with the room. My only complaint was that it had not been thoroughly cleaned recently, or at least very hastily. There were nuts and nut peels on the couch that I cleaned off, and there were crumbs on the counter where it appeared someone had just eaten. Fortunately, we brought our own disinfecting wipes and wiped down any surfaces that we could. Other than that, cool place to stay.

Great Location! Fabulous spot for water sports, birding, hiking...

We loved our stay! It was such a great location (right across from Bear Lake marina) and we enjoyed all our activities. The place is small and we were glad it was only the two of us there, but it was neat and had everything we needed! We went to Bear Lake Migratory Bird Refuge twice to view the wildlife and were not disappointed! We saw many birds including bald eagle (technically north of the preserve), black neck stilt, pelican, osprey, and many others including an illusive american bittern! There is also great hiking nearby! We did a short 1.25 mile hike east of Garden City full of beautiful wildflowers and many birds! We also rode our SUP around the northern end of the marina where you can access the beach. We ate at Ephraim's and had an amazing raspberry jam scone. We also ate at Cafe Sabor and their fajitas were fantastic! It was beautiful weather for our whole stay! We would like to come again!

Very beautifully decorated and stylish condo. The outside area is very pretty, wish we would have had more time to get in the hot tub. The living room tv had no instructions and fireplace was not hooked up.Need better entrance instructions into the condo, as there is a set of condos right nextdoor. …we entered into the wrong lobby area initially, and were confused, but the property manager answered our call right away and directed us to the right place.

It was clean & the A/C unit was running when we got there so it was cool. Bed was comfy & couch pullout worked well.

Good condo in nice location

Overall the condo was great. Had everything we needed. The only complaint is we went in July and it was very hot. There is only one window air conditioner unit for the whole condo and it did not seem to work so the condo did get quit hot at night. Other than that it was great!! Great location, central to everything.

Great little place, AC didn't work

Great little place with fantastic pool and big hot tub. Across street from Bear Lake Marina. Visited in July and window-unit didn't do much to cool condo.

Nice place!

Very clean and most everything you need! Check in was super easy and the unit is cute and well appointed. The bed is very comfortable too. WiFi didn’t really work at all for me but wasn’t using it so I didn’t bother and only a window ac unit if that matters to you.

Very clean cute place!

I was pleasantly surprised to see how cute and clean this place was. It’s small but could comfortably fit 4 people. Two would have to sleep on the pull out couch. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the good quality of linens. I loved how it was very inviting when we came in with a lamp lit and the fireplace going. This place was very clean. I used to clean 5 star resorts so that was impressive to me. I only have two complaints but I feel like the benefits out weigh those. The floors are squeaky and because this unit is next to the furnace it was a bit loud but sleeping somewhere different then your own home always takes some adjustments I would stay here again.

Perfect little condo rental

Our stay at Harbor Village was perfect. We had two small children with us and it was a perfect size for our family. The condo is clean and stocked with everything we needed and the air-conditioning was sometimes even too cold! No complaints. We will definitely come here again.
