It was a very nice place. The bed was nice and comfortable. The hot tub was just the right temperature. It was nice to be able to bring our puppy with us. When I called about the TV not working, I received a call back quickly. We were giving help over the phone that worked. Great view!

We had a great stay! The condo is clean, comfortable and well stocked. The pool and hot tub was right outside our door. We did have to run the a/c constantly to keep cool. The town is real cute, great restaurants. We would stay there again.

For how much it costs to stay here, the place was not very clean. The floors looked as if they hadn’t been mopped, there was mold on the shower curtain, and the blankets (not sheets) clearly had not been washed between stays. It was pretty gross. Especially when we had a baby who crawled on the ground. Her hands and feet and knees were black within minutes of entering the condo.

Great visit

It was a fabulous visit to my wife’s favorite place! A long awaited Christmas gift finally fulfilled. Between being able to go to the pool and hot tub to being able to grill right out on the patio, my wife and I had an awesome get away!

This space is right by the pool which can be great for most but for us who go to bed early, it was very noisy until 10 pm. That being said, during the day, sitting on the back patio overlooking the pool had such a beautiful view of the lake. It was lovely even though it was noisy

Great view of the lake

Check-in was easy, the unit was easy to find with the directions and code for door. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and we appreciated the outside grill. We were poolside and it would have been so much fun for our 5 year old Grandnephew who wasn’t able to come at last minute. We will definitely book for another visit

Lots of very nice updates, not like older pictures in booking site. Clean, visual little imperfections everywhere, easy-fixes. Rug bedroom, odd smell. Very weird to walk on badly broken tile with a rug caused by sinks extreme pressure, c water stain under rug. Back door trip danger and family 5 little kids screaming outside back door using hot tub as pool (hours) at dinner time otherwise peaceful. from the water pressure coming from sink

Perfect location!

We were right across from the Utah Bear Lake State Park and the view was amazing! The place is cute and cozy! Would definitely stay here again!

5 Star : LOCATION! Bike trail very near. Walkability to so much! Water views! Pool views! 5 Star: Amenities....condo stocked w/ everything needed. Well stocked w/ cooking supplies & variety of things might want for beach. 5 Star: Comfort....bed comfy, spacious for 2 adults, hot water, water pressure, etc..... 3 Star: Cleanliness....condo was "surface" However, base boards in desperate need of a wipe down, few stains on the carpet. Fresh coat of paint would help. 4 Star: Resort Property...very nice property. Fairly well tended to. MAINTENANCE: Broken tile in bathroom is raised/elevated. They've covered it w/ a rug. It's a trip hazard even w/ a rug. I tripped 2x. It's a serious or painful accident waiting to happen. ONLINE PICS: Online pics need updated. The L Room furniture has been completely changed, bedroom configuration is different, etc This didn't impact our stay, but should be updated to be a better reflection of the property/full disclosure. POOL: Pool is just outside back patio door. FYI.....there can be regular noise inside your condo from the pool. We were gone most of the day so no issue. We were there mid Aug so "slower" season & not as much pool activity. On weekends & busy season this could be a concern for some. Flip side is perfect for families w/ kids. Thoroughly enjoyed our time in G City & this condo. We would choose to rent this cottage again based on the lake views, LOCATION and fair price.

Bear Lake Getaway

Condo had nice views of the lake just past the pool. Grounds were well kept and the unit was comfortable for us and our small dog. We were not aware that the hanging key fob in the kitchen opened the gate to the pool. This would be the only information I would add to the instructions we received prior to check in. Thanks for a great stay.

Amazing location

We stayed here during a ski vacation and loved the area, it is so beautiful. The location of this stay was wonderful, the apartment was nice and clean and looks just like the pictures, the hot tub was a great extra feature, we had a great time. We would love to return, our only complaint was that the bed just wasn't very comfortable for us and we could hear the people upstairs very clearly, so we did not sleep very well. Would probably not be an issue for everyone, but it was for us, that is the only reason I didn't choose 5 stars.

Nice place. Very comfortable bed. Great towels. Thanks for the pool towels. Easy to control the room temperature. Check in was easy. Quiet rooms. The key for the hot tub gate that was hanging on kitchen wall was not marked. A few suggestions: Label the hot tub gate key. Correct the grammar in the binder. Checkout directions sent to me via email did not match check out directions in the in-unit binder. Wash dishes or put in disheasher and start dishwasher??? A bathroom light bulb needs to be replaced. Furniture was dusty. The tv, direct tv and internet viewing were very hard to navigate Buffering of movies was terrible.

Just okay.

The condos and building need to be updated. Fan in bathroom didn't work, mattress was wrapped in plastic... very warm and noisy, the sliding door was in disrepair and dirty. The room had an odor to it (like dirty laundry). It was chilly in the room, and there were no extra blankets to be found. Emailing the the owner did not produce any reply. That said, the visit to Garden City was amazing, and the Lake was beautiful.
