Find relaxation in the king bedroom, complemented by a private bathroom featuring a tub-shower. A queen sofa sleeper and TV offer added comfort and entertainment options. The in-unit fireplace adds a cozy touch, while mountain views provide a serene backdrop. Accessible via stairs, this second-level condo offers a peaceful escape. The fully-equipped kitchen ensures culinary convenience. Your reservation includes access to Harbor Village common amenities, including open spaces and seasonal hot tub, pool, and tennis courts--see below for details. Embrace a serene and practical stay in this welcoming condo retreat. This is a second floor unit, stairs are required.

Reservations include access to one parking spot, additional parking, if needed, is available through Sunrise Resort & Event Center.

The Inn Building at Harbor Village

Welcome to the Inn Building at Harbor Village. Enjoy access to shared community amenities including a seasonal outdoor pool, outdoor spa/hot tub, and tennis courts. Located across from Bear Lake State Park Marina, our Inn Building offers easy access to year round dining, groceries, paved trails, and recreation rentals. **The heated, outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. The tennis and basketball courts are closed during the snow season. Hot tub is open until Jan 4, 2026 and will reopen Memorial Day Weekend 2026**

Our host sent the needed info to welcome us into the resort in plenty of time. Our unit was quite comfortable. We had nice temperatures indoors even though it became cool. All the necessary amenities were there for a pleasant stay. We brought some foods with us and Mike's grocery was nearby for our other needs and we made some nice meals. The lake is right across the street and it is pleasant to walk along it and in the neighborhood around the resort. Being there in the middle of fall meant there was lots less traffic, but that was the objective.

Comfortable, Clean, and Nearby to Everything

My friend and I to Bear Lake for a best friends trip. It was so easy to get to and instructions were simple to follow. The fan on the fridge was going out and made a loud sound. I sent it to our condo contact and wow they worked fast. A person was over there fixing it within an hour. I did not expect that at all! Everything else was great too. We were close to bike/walk paths, not far from the grocery store and restaurants. My friend and I shared a bed and it was roomy enough for both of us. She would get up in the middle of the night but the mattress was soft and I didn't even notice. Great place. Next time we're up there again, I'm booking the same condo.

Cozy but clean

This was a great place to stay for a couple days. We had a great pool. They don’t have central air so only one room got cold.

This property was great! The only issue was the noisy water pressure when the shower was turned on. I recommend this place for families, as there are many other families in the area enjoying the local pool. However, since I visited with my partner, it felt a bit overwhelming for just the two of us to relax at the pool at night. Despite this, there are many local rentals, food spots, and beautiful views available for equipment to use on the lake, which made for a fun experience overall.
