The gourmet kitchen is fully outfitted with brand new LG appliances, including a premium stove, oven with air-fryer functionality, microwave, and refrigerator. A brand-new LG stackable washer and dryer tower is also provided for your convenience.

The spacious master bedroom features a brand-new luxury ling size bed with a premium comfort mattress, elegant sheets, plush comforters, and high-end pillows designed for exceptional sleep. The ensuite master bath showcases a brand new glass-enclosed shower, backlit mirrors, and spa-quality finishes, along with a top-of-the-line linens and towels typically found only at five star resorts. The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked- arguably one of the best equipped kitchen at Naples Bay. You'll find an espresso maker, gourmet cookware, premium utensils, crystal wine glasses, and a complete wine bar set up for entertaining. Reason #1: Location, Location Location: Our unit is located in the most desirable location in all of Naples. Only Two blocks from 5th Avenue and the heart of Naples restaurants, shopping and night life. Don't get caught in all the winter traffic trying to get to downtown...you are already there!

Reason #2: Condo Location, Location, Location: We are in the most desirable spot at the Cottages of Naples Bay. Our Top floor location means no noises from tenants overhead, and our Tropical Garden/Tennis Court Views means no street traffic noise, or Pool Side commotion associated with other units in the complex.

Reason #3: Our condominium is newly renovated in with Hardwood Bamboo floors. It is beautifully appointed in a Tommy Bahama Tropical theme, not the standard boring “hotel package or less” other units settled for. Our lounge/coach screams relaxation. The kitchen is state of the art with granite counters, cherry cabinets, and high end appliances. Everything you have in your kitchen is in mine.

Reason #4: We take tremendous care in the up keep of our home. Every living space has been kept “showroom” new at all times. We don’t wait for the resort to clean it once a year, we steam clean, dry clean and scrub several times a year. We also update our Linens all the time. This are not resort retreads.

This is a true Resort Getaway! A $250 registration fee plus a $60/night resort use fee needs to be paid by the guest on check in.

Summer special: June 1st to Oct 31st the resort fee is reduced to $150 registration fee plus a reduced resort fee of $ 50/night.
