The kitchen is fully equipped for family cooking. Large refrigerator and freezer with ice maker and filtered water dispenser.

Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Condo can accommodate up to 6 people.

One assigned covered parking space and plenty of extra guest parking.

Bath towels and linens are provided. Pool towels provided at Club. Beach towels also provided in master bedroom closet. Starter supplies for kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Unit has full size washer and dryer. Portable crib available in master closet.

The Hotel and Marina with multiple restaurants are steps away, including Cafe on the Bay - a short walk for a great place to start your day or get that afternoon pick-me up.

The Resort has a complimentary shuttle service bringing guests to the popular 5th Avenue, Historic 3rd Street, and the beach. Metered beach parking is available at the streets running perpendicular to the beach or larger lots at the Town Pier and Lowdermilk Park.

Newly opened Baker Park with incredible kids playground and trails connecting to the Greenway giving you 7 miles of trails to bike or walk. Zoo, Nature Conservancy and Botanical Gardens, all a short ride away. There is plenty available to you by foot or bike. Resort complimentary shuttle to 5th Ave, 3rd St, and beach. Uber or Lyft readily available for further away destinations. Car typically preferred.
