良かった点 : チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション
Location was good - central, close to services. Lots of street parking available.Information re property was an online link rather than a binder in the property. I found it was not very user friendly - eg garbage/recycling bins were not labeled, were not where the property info said they would be - I contacted the property manager to say the bins were not where they were supposed to be (all the bins at the rear of property were labeled with the numbers of the other flats) but there were unlabeled bins at the front) - I was told to use the unlabeled bins - which were full - no instructions were available about which day the bins were collected(as I have had in other VRBO properties)The flat smelt musty & damp - the single room was basically unusable as it was the worst room(there was a damp string mop/bucket behind the bedroom door) The musty smell permeated our clothing.The cleanliness was not up to the standard that I am used to seeing in a VRBO property - there was dried food on a"clean mug", the dish drainer was dirty & unusable. There was shampoo & conditioner in the shower but they had soap residue or mold around the caps. There was also an empty bottle in the shower.I have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years - some more basic than others but they have all been clean & fresh until now. All in all it was a very disappointing stay.
