2-bedroom fully renovated apartment with a sea view terrace and a modern decor. With a premium location close to Albufeira Old Town, Marina and to the famous Fishermans Beach, this property is located in a very coveted and sought after area.



In the heart of Albufeira, set within a short distance of Peneco Beach and Pescadores Beach, Casa Santa Maria offers free WiFi, air conditioning and household amenities such as an oven and kettle. Featuring a balcony, the apartment is in an area where guests can engage in activities such as hiking, diving and cycling. This apartment is fitted with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen with a microwave and a fridge, a flat-screen TV, WiFi, a seating area and 1 bathroom equipped with a bidet.



The apartment has two beautiful decorated bedrooms, kitchen, dining and living room and a terrace with sea view. Cable TV and free WiFi are also available.



We are happy to share our special getaway with you and truly hope you get to enjoy it as much as we do. The apartment is located in the centre of Albufeira, and there are some restaurants and bars close by which we highly recommend a visit. There will be a welcome book on the apartment with information about the house, activities, eat & drinks and surroundings to help you enjoy your stay. You should find everything that you need, but if you have a question that isn't covered, please do get in touch and let us know how we can help. The apartment is located in a quiet area, 5 minutes away from Albufeira Old Town where guests can find a lively area with restaurants, bars, shops, beaches and much more.



The surrounding area of the apartment has free parking, so it will be extremelly easy to park your vehicle. Everything is on walking distance but if you would like to wander around the Algarve, we highly suggest to rent a vehicle (car or scooter).



5 minutes away by foot from the beach, Albufeira Old Town and Albufeira Marina, this 2-bedroom apartment has an desired location in Albufeira.
