Villa Arenas is located above the beach of Cala Vadella, just 500 meters walk and close to various restaurants, bars and supermarkets, at 5-minute drive from Cala Vadella,10-minute drive from Cala Carbo and Cala D'hort, 15-20 min drive to other beaches of the west south coast, 7 km from the village of San José and 20 km from the city of Ibiza.

The villa has been recently renovated, it has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, for a total of 8 sleeps and from here you can enjoy beautiful view over the sea, the coast and the sunsets.

Villa Arenas has a spacious living/dining area, a large fully equipped kitchen and a patio.

The house has a spacious, walled parking with a beautiful entrance onto a spacious living room with open fire, dining space, open to a large fully equipped kitchen, patio and is provided with all comforts and services.

Outside there are large terraces with several chill out areas, BBQ and the large infinity pool that measures 12x4m.

Finally, there is also parking space available in the villa.
