The condo was perfect for our anniversary vacation! It’s a great location and met all our needs. Although the hurricane came through and we couldn’t get in until a day late, we were kept informed as to what was going on and when we might get in. We will definitely stay at Aqua again!

A wonderful place. We were 6 traveling and everyone enjoyed their time. The only thing missing was comforters. No blankets for the pull out sofa and the main bed didn’t have one either. Other than that, not a thing wrong. Thanks for a great family trip.

Excellent condo. The only complaint was that one of the two elevators was not operational for our entire stay.

Thank you for your kind words about the condo. We’re glad you enjoyed your stay. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by one of the elevators being out of service during your visit. Unfortunately, the repair took longer than anticipated, but we understand how frustrating that can be. We appreciate your patience and your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future. Thanks Team Aronov

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful location, great amenities, and beautiful views. Excellent communication from Property Management. Loved that an umbrella and set of chairs were included. Only disappointment was how far back they were from the water and that all the random tents, chairs, and other umbrellas were allowed in front.

As far as the condo itself everything was great. Very clean and in excellent condition. Basic essentials were provided for toiletries and the kitchen was equipped with dishes and utensils. However, if you plan to cook you will need to bring everything else down to salt and pepper. Not knocking them- js for the sake of full disclosure. That said, the condo was well maintained and well equipped for myself and 2 kids. No complaints whatsoever. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The resort overall I would rate well although unfortunately there was only one working elevator on our end of the building (the 2nd was out of order) which made coming and going a pain. Alternative choices were walk to the other side of the building or take the stairs. The one place I would really take away points from the resort was in their so called snack bar. Just close it. If I rated my experience on that it would be polar opposite. Dirty, disorganized, slow, overpriced even by beach standards, and just very poorly kept. Skip it entirely. It had a dirty storage room vibe and the food quality was something along the lines of that gross gas station you would never want to eat anything from. Could be a gold mine but very poorly managed. The rest of the property is great. 2 pools, hot tub, and easy beach access with tons of things to do and restaurants all within walking distance. Staff was friendly enough. I would not hesitate to book again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Aqua on our honeymoon 15 years ago, and decided to bring our 3 little girls back this Fall. What a perfect trip! After this stay we will always book direct through Aqua! The check in was a breeze, and the condo was spotless. Aqua is our favorite place to stay, and this condo was our absolute favorite! It was beautifully decorated, recently updated, and had comfy beds. Our little girls absolutely loved the bunk room! We can’t wait to come back!

Vacation at the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location great, within walking distance of Pier Park, many eating places in Pier Park plus shopping. Can walk to restaurants on beach or sidewalks. Close to parks with walking paths. Beach is great, view from condo excellent. Condo not as clean as last year, furniture not moved to clean floor. Kitchen adequately furnished, dishwasher a life saver. Would suggest putting sliders on dining chair legs to cut down annoying noise when sliding chairs in and out at table. Great experience, would highly recommend Aqua. Will come again.

Nice, clean, updated condo 506

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was clean and well kept. Beautifully updated kitchen and bathrooms, plus title flooring throughout. We love staying at the Aqua because it’s situated right on the beach, plus it’s within walking distance to Pier Park and a short drive to Walmart & Target. This 1 bedroom, 2 full bath condo also offers a small Alcove or bunk bed room near the front door, plus a pull out couch, so you could sleep up to 6 ppl. Fully stocked kitchen, hair dryers, and washer & dryer. They provide you with 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, large kitchen 1 trash bag, plus 2 dishwasher tabs, so we plan ahead and bring extras from home. We would highly recommend you staying in this condo for many reasons but we love waking up and enjoying coffee while sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Plus having beach service is huge for us because they provide you with 2 chairs and an umbrella at the beach. We’ll definitely be back to stay in this condo again. Thank you,

September 2022

Stayed with my husband and adult son. Absolutely loved the condo, very clean and loved the decor. We really enjoyed the large patio area! We have stayed at Aqua before but this condo was by far our favorite! The pictures on site were as advertise and check in process was easy and our room was actually ready earlier than expected. My husband even told me he wanted to stay there in the future! Hope to be there again next year! Arrived on Labor Day and it was not crowded and no problem with noise at night! Thanks for having us!
