Staff super nice, Robin, Dennys, Chris, Diane, dawn and Marci New pictures to come as the unit is completely renovated. Location perfect no car needed if you like to walk. Elevators very fast Whole building very very clean Only one small issue I would wish the pool was a bit more heated in the winter.

Who has carpet at a beach condo? The elevators were a nightmare. The best part about the place is the beach and bartender, Patrick, by the pool. Won’t be back but had a decent enough time not to complain too much. Also, PC hasn’t changed in 25 years. Still filled with reds, jacked up trucks, neon lights, and loud rap music. I’ll stick to 30A.

Reviewer Comments: The room is very outdated, the refrigerator didn't get cold enough and we lost a lot of food, I will never rent this room again or anywhere in Panama city Beach. I have been to a lot of resorts and this is the first place I've stayed that didn't even offer room service for towels or trash pickup, I had to keep washing the towels and when we asked an employee where to get trash bags at, he said Walmart 😡, with the money you pay, they should at least offer these 2 services

Aqua was one of the last available properties in PCB and I could not have been happier that we fell into your property. The staff Robyn (esp,) for check-in and documents that I needed to get to her for check-in so HELPFUL and KIND! We will be back in at the end of June! Thank you very much for your sharing your adorable space with us! AMAZING! P.S. We were so happy (even though it was the last day we were there) that the second elevator was fixed. i would say only down side, but did not stop our enjoyment of the space, beach and pier!

Spring Break getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our location was great, that is why my family stays at the Aqua. However we were not told about the elevators being out! Some times we waited up to 20 minutes for an elevator! We tried both elevator banks, but no difference. Check in was easy as always, we were texted when the room was ready with the codes. A couple of things in the room could have been better. The TV in the master needed to be updated. The sound on HGTV channel would not work. Also the sprayer on the kitchen sink had mold growing on the underneath where the water sprays out. We had plenty of towels for the 3 of us. Paying for parking now was not our favorite. We still couldn't find a handicap space close to the elevator. This unit was nice but the walls could used a freshen up on paint. Pool area was nice, we enjoy the bar with snacks and drinks.

Security was helpful in getting us our parking pass printed out. The room was very welcoming , the location was great! Shuckums is a seafood grill literally across the street, they have great seafood and music! We took a helicopter tour, which was awesome sauce! We enjoyed this vacation and we will be returning! I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had an overall “OKAY” stay as of checkout time. My biggest concern/issue was the cleanliness. For 3 full days, a wet, DIRTY diaper remained on the ramp coming in from the beach. Absolutely disgusting. The fact it remained for 3 days untouched is beyond me. The garbage cans near the elevators were also always full and in need of emptying. The issue that will prevent me from booking again at Aqua is due to the following: *please note: I do understand items were left by us, however, in all my years of renting this is a first where the items left were not turned in. Several beach items, of clothing, were left in the master bedroom dresser and although the employee who answered my call was extremely nice and very quick to check the Lost and Found and check the unit - the fact the items were not turned in, tells me all I need to know.
