Enjoy this villa with a majestic ocean view, Villas Marlin is located in a quiet area directly behind the exclusive kukulkan Plaza shopping center. Relax in the sun by one of the pools or go down to the white sand beaches.
The complex has 3 beautiful pools (including kids pool), tennis court, and 24 hour security with a private and controlled entrance.
This 894-square-foot oceanfront condo is two stories and is fully equipped with:
- Kitchen equipped with all appliances, granite countertops.
- The combined living room and dining area has an ocean view and dining table that seats 6 guests.
- It has two bedrooms: one includes two queen size beds, a full bathroom and a flat screen TV; The second bedroom is on the second level and has a queen size bed.
- The living room area features a flat screen TV, casual furniture, and a comfortable queen sleeper sofa perfect for an adult or children.
There is an additional full bath on the main level.
