Place was great for a large family! The beach and nice restaurants were about a 5 minute walk as well as a corner store/pharmacy and a massage place. A huge supermarket was a 3 uber ride away. It had everything we needed to cook. The stairs are steep/narrow, so limited mobility people might have trouble. But the main floor has a room with 2 beds that worked perfectly for our parents.

I cannot say enough good things about Daniel the host and his beautiful house in Cancun. He was always available to answer any questions we had and the house is exactly as described, plus the amazing beach is at the most 40 steps from the front door and there was no issue feeling safe in Cancun as the house is in a gated community with Security always on duty.

We had a great stay ! The place was spacious , clean, and equipped. The location is perfect to get to different attractions. Convenient store and a great taco place in walking distant. Very safe with 24 hour security. Beach access available but a decent walk.

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful, spacious home with everything you need to have a great stay in Cancun! Check in was very easy, security staff were helpful, and the host Daniel was very responsive and accommodating. There was even a water dispenser with two bottled water jugs provided, which was very convenient. Would definitely recommend this lovely place!

So close to the Beach, amazing pool!

Communication with Daniel was so easy. He answered all my questions and booked airport transport. The house and pool were amazing! The house has bath and beach towels! If you plan on cooking, the kitchen is kind of small, but has everything you need to cook and serve meals. The jug of water was a nice surprise for when we arrived aso we didn't immediately need to buy bottled water. I wasn't sure where to procure more toilet paper, so we bought it from the store, but otherwise the visit was seamless! was

A short stay, but a great vacation.

Overall stay was great. Our host, Daniel and Marianne was superb. A great location with restaurants nearby, a short walking distance. The spiral stairwell and walking could be challenging for the elderly guest or medical conditions. Would recommend for a great vacation. Bring your own chairs for the Beach that was a short walking distance away. Shopping was a distance away, need transportation.

Amazing home

I visited cancun with a group of family members and we loved the house. The space is great for up to 12 people and they have everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is packed with essentials and they have laundry machine which is very convenient. It can get a little warm inside the house but they have AC units in every room and also in the kitchen/living room area. Daniel the host was very attentive, communication was easy and he was also very flexible. I definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect for a bigger group

We loved staying in this lovely home. It was an accurate reflection of the listing. It was nice to have a restroom per bedroom. We loved the common spaces. Overall a great place to stay. Super close to the ocean! Highly recommend it!!!

Family Vacay/Matt’s Graduation Celebration!

Our condo was awesome! Very clean and had just about everything we needed. It also has a washer and dryer which made it nice not having to go back home with loads of laundry. Plenty of room and the back patio personal pool was just what we all needed after a hot day outdoors! Highly recommend!!

Great location

The house was perfect for our large extended family of 12. The location was perfect as we were feet away from a pharmacy, a minute away from the each, a few minutes walk to the bus, as well as a few restaurants within walking distance.

Pictures don’t do it justice

I just want everyone to know that Daniel is AWESOME! I actually started planning this trip almost a year ago for my 40th birthday. The private pool with the waterfall was the first picture I saw and I was sold. I immediately contacted him and peppered him with questions (A LOT), in which he answered them all. I booked it and the process was seamless. When we arrived, the entry process was simple, everyone was nice. The entire house is amazing, the pictures were totally accurate but just being inside of it gave off rest/peace and relaxation vibes. The views off the balconies were gorgeous. Beach access not even 5 minutes away. Stores right next door as soon as you walk out the gate. Shoutout to Erick and Jerry, our chefs for 2 days, recommended by Daniel. Also, thanks to his wife Marianne for getting us the tickets to Xcaret Park!!

Very nice stay. Each family had their own bathroom. The 2 pools on the property were small and perfect for the kids. The beach was an easy 5 minute walk and very nice. Daniel was a great host and answered all our questions promptly.

Cancun Hotel Zone

The property was exactly as described. Daniel responded quickly to any questions we had. The site was secure and well maintained. The private pool was perfect to cool off in. The security guards were friendly and helpful. It was a bit of a hike to the beach; but well worth it! There was a lot of noise from the neighboring resorts and the exterior walls had little soundproofing. We did not realize when we booked it that we would not be able to access any of the nearby resorts; all were private and would not allow access to restaurants or bars. It was easy to get taxis or shuttles. We walked to nearby small markets and restaurants. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place with a large group.

Not close enough to the beach. Pool always cold as it gets no sun. Spiral staircases difficult for older adults. All other amenities where fine.

Luxury Condo Experience

Our group loved the property and all the amenities - especially the private pool! We were very close to the beach, bus stop, and some great restaurants. I highly recommend the short walk to Don's - it was our groups favorite lunch stop. There are some very close convenience stores, which were great for stocking up on the basics. Our only issue during our stay was not with the property but with it's location to the hotel nearby. A couple nights during our stay the hotel next door had a pump truck outside for about 3 hours running the pump. It was a very loud drone for several hours in the middle of the night. Fortunately, the only people awakened were the ones on the upper floor close to the entrance. Daniel and Marianne were very communicative and accommodating for our group, and we felt like we had everything we needed for our stay.
