私たちの家はホテルゾーンにあります。ビーチはシークレットザバインホテルとハードロックホテルのある通りの向かいにあり、入り口から30/40歩き、完全に無料です。 リラックスした熱帯環境で美しい夕日をお楽しみください。 ヴィラは3階建ての3660平方フィートで、リビングルーム、ダイニングルーム、フルキッチン、4つのベッドルーム（2つのマスタースイート）で構成され、すべてフルバスルームと個別のエアコンが備わっています。 高レベルの家具、革張りのコーチング、テーブルグラスなどで飾られたリビングルームとダイニングルーム
コンドミニアムには、24時間セキュリティ、2つのプール（大人用と子供用）のテニス＆バスケットボールコート、美しいトロピカルガーデンがあります。 ショッピングモール（ライスラ＆ククルカンプラザ）ナイトクラブ、レストラン、マリーナ、スーパーマーケット、ランニングトラック、バス停、タクシーまで徒歩圏内にあります。
同じコンドミニアムの家族や友人のために別の家が必要な場合は、リクエストを送信してください。

House was as expected - beautiful and plenty of space for our group. Great location and bonus that the house had a pool. Walking distance to beaches and a short walk to many restaurants and the bus stop, which we took to the nightlife area. Host was responsive and condo staff were friendly. Great place!

Yes, the place is part of a gated, well maintained courtyard. The area around the deck and pool felt like a nice little secret garden. We appreciated the roomy and tastefully furnished main floor and the nice balconies overlooking the courtyard. With four bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom, it allowed us to share the place with our daughter and husband.

I cannot say enough good things about Daniel the host and his beautiful house in Cancun. He was always available to answer any questions we had and the house is exactly as described, plus the amazing beach is at the most 40 steps from the front door and there was no issue feeling safe in Cancun as the house is in a gated community with Security always on duty.

Place was great for a large family! The beach and nice restaurants were about a 5 minute walk as well as a corner store/pharmacy and a massage place. A huge supermarket was a 3 uber ride away. It had everything we needed to cook. The stairs are steep/narrow, so limited mobility people might have trouble. But the main floor has a room with 2 beds that worked perfectly for our parents.

The staircase is standard, and of course it may not be suitable for someone with reduced mobility; however, as you correctly mentioned, the main level has a complete bedroom with its own private bathroom. We had a great stay ! The place was spacious , clean, and equipped. The location is perfect to get to different attractions. Convenient store and a great taco place in walking distant. Very safe with 24 hour security. Beach access available but a decent walk.

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful, spacious home with everything you need to have a great stay in Cancun! Check in was very easy, security staff were helpful, and the host Daniel was very responsive and accommodating. There was even a water dispenser with two bottled water jugs provided, which was very convenient. Would definitely recommend this lovely place!

Great location

The house was perfect for our large extended family of 12. The location was perfect as we were feet away from a pharmacy, a minute away from the each, a few minutes walk to the bus, as well as a few restaurants within walking distance.

A short stay, but a great vacation.

Overall stay was great. Our host, Daniel and Marianne was superb. A great location with restaurants nearby, a short walking distance. The spiral stairwell and walking could be challenging for the elderly guest or medical conditions. Would recommend for a great vacation. Bring your own chairs for the Beach that was a short walking distance away. Shopping was a distance away, need transportation.

Hello Ketha, Thank you for your comments. I’d like to clarify a few points. We have rooms on each level, so if anyone in your group has difficulty with stairs, there is a bedroom on the main floor with a private full bathroom. This level also includes the living room, dining room, kitchen, two terraces, and one with a BBQ. The house is equipped with beach chairs, and yes, you will need to bring them with you when you go to the beach. The supermarket is located four blocks from the house, on the first floor of Plaza Kukulcán. I believe you may need transportation to get there, although it could be walkable depending on your preference. Thank you for staying with us, and I hope to welcome you again in the future. Perfect for a bigger group

The property was nice, much older than it appeared online but very well kept.

Cancun villa

Very nice stay. Each family had their own bathroom. The 2 pools on the property were small and perfect for the kids. The beach was an easy 5 minute walk and very nice. Daniel was a great host and answered all our questions promptly.

Hello Steve Thank you for oyur comments, and was a pleasure you stayed with us. Only comment is that in the common areas you have 2 pools, one for kids smaller than the adults, and then the adult pool bigger.
