The kitchen had adequate pots, pans, utensils, dishes, etc., I would recommend a couple of larger bowls for serving or to toss salads and such. The host was super easy to communicate with. The toaster handle broke and within the hour he had a new one delivered. He checked in during our stay to make sure everything was ok as well. There were several beach chairs and toys for our use which we appreciated. The beach was nice and we were able to easily walk the up and down the beach. The beach area is literally outside the door. There are many restaurants just a quick walk or uber ride away. The community is gated so we felt very safe. The unit is very spacious so we had plenty of room to hang out and relax. We would stay here again.

Came here for my bachelorette trip and we had an absolute blast! The property itself was gorgeous and so spacious and clean. Exceeded my expectations. Daniel the host was phonemail - super accommodating and responsive answering any question we had. He reached out about a month out and connected us with a travel agent named Marianne who booked several excursions for us, recommended an airport transport company, and made the booking processes so seamless eliminating the need for hunting for safe and excursions that weren’t scams. She too was very responsive. She also connected us with Chef Erick who came to the house and cooked for us and was one of our favorite days sitting outside all together and having fish we caught on an excursion. Cannot recommend this place enough especially for a group! So much space and perfect location - felt very safe with the security at the beach and the gate. I am so glad we chose to stay here instead of a resort. Memories to last a lifetime!

Place was excellent location. Very relaxing. Pictures need updated to current beach front. Boat Doc is in need of major repairs. Other than that, place was excellent. 24 hour security. Property was larger than expected, clean and ready when we arrived.

Amazing Family Vacation

We brought our six kids plus grandchildren and we had an amazing time. Daniel was super responsive and extremely helpful. The security at the gate was helpful. Great trip highly recommend.

Very peaceful and great beachfront location.

Great house with lots of space. Everything was in great condition and had all of the kitchen utensils, cooking accessories, etc. Only minor complaint is that the pool isn’t heated and was really too cold for us to be able to use. Might be different in the summer months but wasn't enjoyable in January. Otherwise, no other complaints at all!

Perfect Beachfront Bachelorette Party

We rented this house for a bachelorette party - 8 women total. The house exceeded our expectations in every way. It is literally oceanfront- maybe 15 steps from the property’s front steps to the ocean. The pool overlooking the ocean was clean and very refreshing every day. The kitchen was well equipped (except no dishwasher) and large. The living and dining areas had expansive views of the ocean and were very comfortable. The bedrooms were massive and the AC was very strong, keeping us cool throughout our stay. The property was well guarded / secure, and was a short walk to a few beach bars, Starbucks, and a corner shop for ice, sodas/water, snacks, and alcohol. It was also only about a 5 minute walk from the dock where our boat day excursion left. Owner communication was excellent. 10/10 stay and hope to be back soon!

Great place for big group

The house is great with a great view of the ocean. All 4 bedrooms have their own bathroom which was very convenient. The only thing I think should be included is extra toilet paper and potable water as essentials. Daniel did get us an extra bottle of water at my request which I was thankful. Communication with the host was easy and he answered within a reasonable time.

Awesome home for a large group

My friends and I gathered here together for a vacation. There were 12 of us and we all enjoyed the house, the pool and the review very much. The host Daniel and his wife were extremely communicative and it made the entire process so smooth and easy for all of us. A few observations I had on my end, these are NOT complaints, but giving the next person a heads-up to prepare. 1. It’s the Caribbean weather, you have humidity and rain so there’s bound to be bugs and it is NOT the owner’s fault. We had one cockroach come to the kitchen every single morning even though we threw the trash away every night before and left no open items out in the kitchen. They left trash bags for us, but it wasn’t enough because we were attentive and took the trash out every day. So hopefully they can leave more trash bags out for guests in the future. 2. The view was fantastic, however when the Villa folks cleaned the seaweed, they piled it to the right of the villa. It made for not so awesome pictures of sunset. Again, no one’s fault. At least they cleaned it. 3. We had a group of 12, and there was a total of 4.5 bathrooms. There was not enough toilet paper for 4 nights and 5 days. We had to stop by the convenience store down the street to get some. So just make sure to bring some or stock up accordingly. This is a rental, not a hotel so we didn’t expect to have all of those basic toiletries refilled everyday, but would have been nice to get some extra. We would def stay here again!!

Nice and big House

The house it is really nice, you have everything that you need and it is really big. The pool and the view is super nice. Daniel was always very responsive and fast. I’ll definitely recommend this property to my friends and family.

Great Stay!

Spacious clean home on water (small beach). Walkable to restaurants and small store. Clean open floor plan. Secure. Pleasant security staff. Wading pool was a “God Send.” Highly recommend!

Great hosts

In addition to it being a great home to stay in for our vacation the host (Daniel) was excellent in ensuring we had a great experience. We we arrived one of the A/C units in the home had stopped working. I contacted the host and by the next afternoon he had a tech notion there to install a new unit to make sure we were comfortable for our stay. Would highly recommend staying here both for the level of service provided and the great location.

We booked this property for my bachelorette and it was the perfect accommodation for 13 people. The space itself was well equipped, spacious and clean. There’s also a convenient store a few blocks away that we frequented daily. Daniel our host was great to work with and very responsive. He helped provide recommendation for transportation, private chef services and even in-house massages. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to come back!

This place is the real deal!

My family and I had such a great stay. The house was extremely clean and very comfortable. The beds were sturdy and the mattresses were comfortable. The pool was nice and maintained daily. The outdoor patio furniture was wonderful. Hot water forever in the showers, all the kitchenware you could need. Fridge took a little while to cool down but did and kept all our food nicely chilled. Not a big deal, but no ice maker so we just bought some, worked out fine. Daniel always got back with me within ten minutes and had great info to share. Family felt so safe having it be a gated community with friendly gatekeepers. I worry about getting taken by people but please hear me. You will NOT be disappointed. Great TV and wifi as well for the kiddos when it got hot in the afternoon. A large five gallon water dispenser was there and fresh water provided each day. Everything was great!

We had a great stay at this property.

We were 11 people in our party and this property was the best every I have rented. It is very spacious, clean, gated, with amazing beach views, and we all felt very safe during our stay. Great stay for family of 12

My family and my brothers’ family rented this place so we could all stay together as a family of 12. There was plenty of space for all of us. The property sits in a gated community with excellent staff that always assisted us. The back deck of the property is literally on the beach. The kids played on the beach frequently but did not swim in the water there as the seaweed was a little scary for them. The views of the beach and water were amazing! There is also a little grocery mart like 2 blocks away that came in very handy. We contacted the owner on a few occasions with a few questions and he was always very prompt to reply and make any adjustments necessary. Daniel was excellent to work with. We would definitely return to this rental.
