Spacious apartment in historic 1700s Villa with lake view, located near the well-known Villa Passalacqua.



The apartment, located on the mezzanine floor, opens onto a bright living room that has as its special feature ceilings with frescoes. The living room consists of a large dining table, sofa that can be used as a sofa bed, and television. The kitchen is independent and is equipped with an oven, coffee maker and dishwasher. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: the first has a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom, while the second consists of a French bed.

The ensuite bathroom has a bathtub, there is also a second bathroom in which there is a washing machine, and in the area adjacent to the bathroom we find a sauna and shower.

Completing the apartment is a large terrace with a lake view and equipped with outdoor furniture.

Como is a very beautiful, elegant, romantic and well-kept city, surrounded by medieval walls that house the historic center, with cobbled streets and magnificent squares. Very elegant is the lakefront with several 18th-century villas and the Tempio Voltiano. Among the most fascinating aspects of this city are undoubtedly the enchanting villas, world-famous for their magnificence and manicured gardens. Among the most famous are Villa Olmo, a fine example of neoclassical architecture and the site of important exhibitions, and “La Rotonda,” a villa built at the end of the 18th century and the seat of the Provincial Administration. Near the lakefront is the city's main square, dominated by the Broletto (the old municipal palace built in 1215). The square also houses the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta, one of the most fascinating examples of Italian Gothic art. Finally, it is recommended to go up to visit the village of Brunate, accessible by a funicular railway, a symbol of the city, from which you can admire an evocative view around the Art Nouveau residences.



The apartment is a 30-minute drive from the Como station and about a 40-minute drive from Milan Malpensa Airport.
