Top-Floor Apartment with Lift, 2 Minutes from the Colosseum
This apartment is located on the top floor of an early-1900s building in the heart of Rome’s Celio district, just a 2-min walk from the Colosseum. The building has a private lift that brings you directly to the apartment level.

The property accommodates up to 3 guests and includes:

The apartment combines original early-1900s features with modern comforts. Professional cleaning, fresh linen and towels are provided before every stay.

My stay at this rental was absolutely fantastic! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Great stay

Perfect space to rest after long days of exploring Rome. Great location near the colosseum. The bed was very comfortable, and our adult daughter said the pullout couch was comfortable too. It was a great find, and we would stay there again.

The location was spectacular

The location was spectacular. Close to the metro, close to the colosseum, it was great. Our hosts also gave us a map of suggested places to dine, atms, supermarket, etc that was absolutely amazing!

Great location and very accommodating

We had a great stay, and the host was able to accommodate early check in for us which was great so that we could drop our bags off and get exploring. Very nice and clean apartment in a great spot, very close to colosseum

Wonderful place in a great location.

All I can say if you want a great place to stay in Rome, close to the colosseum and Roman forum this is it. Hosts were wonderful and provided us with great recommendations for dining and surrounding area. 5 stars all around!!!!

GREAT APARTMENT very close to the Colosseum

The hosts were fantastic and went out of their way to help with check an early check in as well as being available when we needed to ask questions. Large apartment close to a lot of great restaurants and a short walk to the Colosseum and a train station. Very comfortable and airy - we loved it there.

Great location

This apartment is in the perfect location to see all the sights in Rome. It is also close to wonderful restaurants. Our communication with Elena was excellent, and she made sure we had everything we needed. The bed is very comfortable, and we liked having a nice sitting room to relax in with espresso in the mornings. We would stay here again!

Very accomodating host

We needed specific items for our stay (lots of hangers, hairdrier, iron and ironing board) and they were very accomodating in providing everyting we asked for. Very kind host as well. Enjoyed the AC very much as well!

Very warm welcome bei Elena, a nice authentic furnitured flat very central near the collosseum! Bus+Metro in short walking distance, we loved the morning coffee at the Antic Cafe opposite the domis folloseum.

Great Location.

Great location, property is in an old building with some nice features. Close to Colosseum and Metro and walking distance to many other sites. Lots of local cafes and restaurants. Hosts very hands on and good communicators. Keen to assist.

Beautiful old world property, just a few hundred feet to the Coloseum, Palantibe Hill. And other monuents. Well cared for property. The owner’s were terrific and very helpful.

Perfect Location

We couldn't have been happier with our experience. Communication was great from start to finish. The flat is comfortable, and what can beat a 2 block walk to the Coliseum? There are many restaurants and coffee bars in the area, and a nearby store for staples. The flat is very quiet. Oh, and there's a 'personal' elevator. Great place, don't hesitate.

Loved our visit to Rome

Our host was amazing, friendly, and helpful. The location is fantastic. The neighborhood has great restaurants and you can quickly walk to many destinations like the Coliseum which is just two blocks away. We loved the apartment. The bed was super comfortable and the couch folded out into a bed for our son. It was warm during our stay but the two A/C units kept us very comfortable. I can highly recommend this apartment and host.

A Perfect Place

This apartment is in an ideal location to enjoy every experience Rome has to offer. The sights, walking through quiet neighborhoods, parks, shopping, great food, bus and taxi nearby. We had such a fabulous time, even dining in a night or two. WiFi worked perfectly. A fantastic apartment near the Colosseum

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Elena was a delight to deal with and kindly accommodated us when our flight times changed. The apartment is in a great location--removed from the busyness of Rome but easily accessible if you walk for a minute or two. As well. there are many restaurants, cafes and gelato shops close to the apartment. The apartment is very spacious, very clean and well equipped for any length of stay. I would not hesitate to stay here again! 10/10 Thanks again Elena!

Wonderful host; great neighborhood location

This was a great location for seeing the standard sights in Rome. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to, and had a taxi stand nearby when we wanted to drive. The neighborhood felt so safe and there were several places nearby for an easy dinner and drinks. The apartment was perfect for our stay. Loved having the separate room with a TV that could be closed off from the bedroom. Elena was a great host and was easily accessible when we needed her. Would highly recommend this location.

Felt Like Home

Before we even arrived in Rome, Elena contacted us and made sure we had everything we needed. When we finally met her, she made us feel like we were home. The apartment was nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable. There was a sitting room, a kitchen, and a large bedroom. The area it’s located in is quiet, but also centrally to many attractions either by foot or taxi. We look forward to staying there again.

Loved our Stay!

Highly recommend this charming and comfortable flat. The building is more beautiful than the photos allow. Elena is such a welcoming and attentive host and we had a fun and easy time staying there as a family of four, with two young children. Staying so close to the Colosseum was pretty amazing to have it as the back drop of our daily walks, especially lit up at night. The beds are very comfortable, including the sofa-bed. Elena gave great tips on where to eat in Rome and the Celio neighborhood. The neighborhood is very lively, but the flat is far enough away from the noise to make for a somewhat peaceful stay in the city.
