We appreciate you leaving the home in the same condition you found it, but after every guest leaves we still have cleaners go throughout each vacation condo and home to do a thorough clean to prepare for the next guests. The cleaners clean the entire condo/home, including bathrooms, kitchen, and kitchen accessories. The cleaners also have the linens professionally laundered and brought in for the next guests. Because of the thoroughness of each clean, our clean fee is the same for every reservation regardless of how long a guest stays. We hope this provides some clarity to the charge.
