This small house is designed for a romantic getaway, with a specially decorated room to surprise your partner or children on a special occasion, as well as a small terrace equipped with an outdoor hot tub to cool off in, with a fully fenced yard offering privacy for family time. You can watch the fish in their tank, read a book in a hammock under the shade of a tree, play fun games, or relax in armchairs while enjoying your morning coffee, but as the day comes to a close, just a 10-minute drive from the house, you’ll witness a beautiful sunset over the stunning Clearwater Beach. You’ll enjoy all this and much more during your stay at our home.

I really enjoyed the way a small space was made really pleasing to the eye inclusing the back porch and back yard!!! Really great use of decor/space!! Everything exceeded my expectations and will certainly stay there again if I am in the Tampa/Clearwater/St. Pete area!!

Everything was clean, Gustavo was an amazing host and would answer pretty much almost immediately! The hot tub, rooms, backyard everything was beautiful and i would 10/10 stay here again if i were to revisit clearwater.

The property is very close to Clearwater Main Beach and also some private beaches. You will need to pay for parking with an app. Also, if you speak some Spanish it will help with communication with the host.

Gustavo ia next door and greeted us warmly. The house was cozy and clean. I loved the beta fish in the living room area and the giant goldfish outside. Thank you to Gustavo and his family.

The house was more than we expected. My husband and I stayed for 4 nights and would love to return there. The host was more than accommodating and communicated great. We did use the Jacuzzi and it was relaxing. Oh yeah...the corn hole game was AWESOME very clean house

The casa Romantica was muy bonita! Gustavo and his wife who live next door had decorated the place beautifully. The kitchen & living room area was somewhat small but very functional. The outside patio with the heated jacuzzi was great and nicely landscaped. There is also a washer & dryer outside in a storage shed. I highly recommend this property.

Gustavo was a great host. Met us to check in even though we came in at 11pm. Any problem we had he's was quick to respond. While there is not a dishwasher, the place was clean and plenty of hot water. I was able to use the Hot tub every night because temperature was nice in the evening. Look forward to coming down and staying again.
