Fully renovated in 2025, the property combines tasteful, cosy furnishings with bright and spacious interiors throughout all floors.
On the ground floor, the entrance hall leads into a large living room featuring a panoramic west-facing window and an open-hearth fireplace, with direct access to the terrace. An open dining room with a kitchen corner adjoins the main living area and provides access to the garden. A separate, fully equipped open kitchen also opens onto the terrace. A separate WC completes the ground floor layout.
On the first upper floor, 4 bedrooms are distributed as follows: 1 large double bedroom with a private shower, bidet, and WC, as well as a flat-screen television and access to a balcony; 2 double bedrooms, each with its own shower, bidet, and WC; and 1 double bedroom served by a separate shower, bidet, and WC.
