With a superb central location, Villa Tina is perfectly positioned to explore the beaches and restaurants of Puerto del Carmen. You can easily split your time between beach and pool, with the sandy Playa Grande beach just 2 minutes’ walk away. Back at the villa, you’ll find an attractive private pool with an outdoor kitchen and space to enjoy the sunshine. Beautifully finished, the modern interiors are stylish and minimalist, offering a lovely environment to unwind in. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/ heating in the lounge and bedrooms are included.
The location of Villa Tina is superb. Set right in the heart of the bustling and popular resort of Puerto del Carmen, you’ll be just a stone’s throw from a great choice of restaurants, shops and bars catering to all tastes. What’s more, the sandy Playa Grande Beach is less than 200 metres away, perfect for relaxing days on the beach. There are also plenty of water sports available. A 20 minute stroll will take you to the old town and harbour, with some great seafood restaurants overlooking the boats bobbing on the water.
