€300 paid via bank transfer to the owner before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

Dogs of 2-3 kilos are allowed on request only and with prior agreement with the owner. If accepted, a pet supplement of €25 per pet per day will apply (paid locally in cash).

Please note that the stand-alone jacuzzi is available to guests on request and at an additional charge of €30 per day, payable in cash on arrival directly to the owner. Please request this extra during the booking process so that we can inform the owner. Clients must pay for the entire duration of their stay.

Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
