This traditional Mallorcan townhouse is located in the picturesque mountain village of Campanet. Just steps from the main square, you will find cafés, a bakery, restaurants, a pharmacy, and shops, all within easy walking distance.



Set on a hillside at the edge of the Serra de Tramuntana, the house offers panoramic views of the green landscape, hills, and mountains all the way to the calm sea of the Alcudia bay.



Campanet is surrounded by scenic hiking trails and is a popular hub for cycling routes, making CA'N RUQUET an ideal base for nature and adventure lovers. Beautiful beaches and towns like Pollença and Alcudia are just a 15-minute drive away, while Palma with its culture, dining, and nightlife can be reached in about 30 minutes.



The house is spread over three floors. The ground floor features a living room, dining area with wood-burning fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom. The charming garden has an outdoor dining table under a lemon tree. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms with queen-size beds and a second bathroom. The top floor offers a double bedroom with two single beds, a cozy library/game room, and a rooftop terrace with mountain and sea views—perfect for morning coffee or relaxing at sunset.
