Family Norfolk coastal holiday rental. Situated on a quiet private road, the front garden secluded and gated, with sea view to the rear. Holiday rental property designed by architect Robin Spence. Built in 1971, a steel portal frame with bronze anodised aluminium double glazed elevations to front and rear. Listed in the Pevsner Architectural Guide. Perfect location to explore local historical estates, nature reserves, ideal for rambling, bird watching, beach walks, activities. Excellent choice of pubs, bakeries, restaurants, locally farmed, sourced foods.
Light, airy, a mix of contemporary fixtures and mid century furnishings. Bedrooms, a king and a twin.
42" Sony television, Fibre Optic broadband, streams Freeview, Netflix, Amazon Prime and Mubi.
The Kitchen, Bosch integrated appliances, induction hob, planned around a central island.

The North Norfolk Coast has much to offer, exploring historic estates, many of which offer cycle hire and adventures for the kids. Beaches, an endless choice, though our favourite Old Hunstanton, safe for a swim, less than a five minute stroll to the beach, plus the bonus of an excellent beach cafe. Nature reserves, river walks offer some of the finest bird watching, many a great walking route straight from the house. If you fancy a trip to a fine pub, you can always get the bus home.

The house is light and airy, sliding doors both back and front, comfortable beds too. If home cooked food an enjoyment, the kitchen is well equipped. The gardens back and front afford a safe place to play, secluded and gated. The TV streams all the usual channels.
