My husband and I had a great time. Condo was clean, well supplied with towels dishes beach chairs. Very easy to find close to Coligny beach restaurants and shopping. Very quiet area . Rebecca is a great hostess she check in with you to make sure all your needs have been met.

We enjoyed our stay in Rebecca's condo.! It is small but was clean and tastefully decorated and was perfect for my husband and me for our long Valentine's Day weekend. We appreciated the king size bed, the pretty view of the palm trees and ocean and the location. We enjoyed walks on the beach each morning and walking to the shops and restaurants. Rebecca was wonderful to check in with us to see if we needed anything and to share ideas for places to eat. We would stay there again.

Very nice updated flat. Comfortable bed, well equipped for eating in if your wanted to. Close to the beach. Plenty of towels. Host checked with us often during the stay. Ceiling fans a big plus for comfort. Great for a couple. Would stay here again in the future.

Comfy condo with all amenities

The condo was very cute, well decorated, and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved being so close to the beach and that towels, chairs, and umbrellas were provided. The owner was incredibly helpful and communicated promptly.

Perfect Getaway

This condo is perfect for the couples getaway to relax and enjoy the beach. Very close to everything and Rebecca makes it so easy to check in and the condo was well stocked with everything we needed.

Updated and Convenient

One of the few 1 bedroom units with a King-size Bed and a walk-in shower. Location is within easy walking distance of many desirable restaurants and shopping.

Nice condo at HHI

We liked everything about the property and had a very nice 3-night stay. Good location, near beach using walkway. Nice kitchen, great bed, very clean property. Would stay there again.

This is our second condo purchase on Hilton Head Island, we own 2 in the building.
We were fortunate to relocate to the island permanently at the end of 2019. We want the very best experience for our guests, so we are constantly tweaking and upgrading the condos. We live a few minutes away and are always available by phone or text.

We love the location! Right on the beach, walking distance to Coligny Plaza lots of great restaurants, shops. Near Celebration Park & Amphitheater. A gated community must have fob to enter. Many bike rental places are nearby to tour the island. Very convenient.

Seaside Villa's is a great location with an elevator which is so helpful to bring groceries and luggage up to the unit. Our complex is ON the beach, short walk to the sand, view from your unit.
