The Villas at Seaside are professionally managed by Vacation Time of Hilton Head and are best rented directly through our website..

This newly and completely renovated 550 square foot 1 bedroom oceanfront villa is located in the highly desirable Sea Side Villas. Imagine being able to enjoy the fresh ocean air and a 180-degree oceanfront view from your own private balcony. You will be just steps away from the beach and within walking distance of the shops and restaurants of Coligny Plaza. Enjoy the newly renovated bathroom, a new and fully equipped kitchen, all new flooring, whimsical décor, and all new furnishings. Perfect for a couples getaway! You will be able to relax at night on a king-size bed with a queen-size sleeper available as well. High-speed WiFi and 2 smart TVs are there to help keep you connected.

This complex has convenient gated parking, a community pool, and even an area for grilling out. Laundry facilities are just down the hall.

An incredible vacation!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time at Seaside Villas. We opted for a unit that faces the ocean and had a nice patio setting. Our condo was all we hoped for and more. Tastefully decorated and nicely stocked with quality items. Couch and bed could have been a little more comfy but not enough to cause us to stay somewhere else. Wasps liked the balcony area but we quickly learned that would not bother us. The beach was a little more crowded than we expected compared to past years at this time but it was still very nice. It was a really great and enjoyable vacation!!! Thanks for all the added touches! They were noticed and appreciated!!!

Easy walk to Coligny shopping and food. Easy beach access. This was our first visit to Hilton Head and this was a great condo for us. Would stay there again.

Smaller Than You Think

The property was immaculate and in a great location. But it is a very small place. You open the door and you are in the only bedroom. There is no central air, just one a/c unit, which makes the front of the condo much warmer than the room with the a/c unit. Thankfully, the bedroom has a ceiling fan. Even though the listing says it sleeps four (with a small pull-out sofa), there is no way more than two people would be comfortable. Two people is quite a tight fit.

Loved it

Our stay was perfect the unit was perfect the view beautiful and the wild life outside the veranda was just fun to watch deer rabbits blue birds pelicans and don’t forget the dolphins in the ocean
