Il Balconcino del Borgo is a traditional little house in the historic center of Monopoli, with cozy and intimate spaces, ideal for vacations in Puglia in one of the most charming seaside villages.
The vacation home is complete with accessories such as TV, air conditioning, wi-fi internet, washing machine and electric kettle.

The
lovely vacation home is located on the second floor of a small detached
building, in a quiet courtyard just a short walk from Palazzo Palmieri
and the Carlo V Castle.
The entrance is in the living area. Here
is the small balcony that overlooks the village and gives the cottage
its name. The living room is complete with a kitchenette, 1 single sofa
bed and a dining table. We also find the door to the shower room.
The sleeping area consists of a large triple room, furnished with a double bed + 1 single sofa bed and TV.

The
vacation house Il Balconcino del Borgo is located in the historical
center of Monopoli, within a small courtyard, a quiet and very
convenient context to go to the discovery of the beautiful city by the
sea.
Everything can also be reached on foot, including the beach
of Cala Porta Vecchia which is only 400 meters away. The Castle of
Charles V overlooking the renowned port of Monopoli is just 150 meters
away.
 
 
From here it only takes a few minutes by car
to reach Polignano a Mare, about 9 km away, but also Alberobello, the
capital of trulli and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, just 21 km away

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- Air conditioning in the living room.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
