Sehr sauber, alle notwendigen Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zur Tram-Haltestelle 2 Minuten. Tolle Info's durch Maria. Absolut problemloser Kontakt über Telefon und WhatsApp. Check in und out völlig problemlos. Maria erhält von uns allen (7 Erwachsene) die beste Bewertung. Hier kann man toll Urlaub machen. Gracie Maria!

Italian Christmas

Maria was absolutely amazing. She researched whether stores would be open when we arrived on Christmas day. She helped to make sure that we had everything we could need. She went over and above what would be expected. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Comfortable Villa, Excellent Location

We had a fabulous stay at this villa. It was very hot when we visited & the villa was comfortable with good air conditioning. There were 10 of us in the party - aged from 16 to 80 - & there was plenty to please everyone. Mostly we found the villa and Turin a great place to spend time together. We ate excellent food & found the local transport very simple to use. The villa is close to the city centre but because it was so hot we spared our energy. A 2 day ticket was only €10. Maria was a really helpful host - easily contactable & gave us good recommendations of places to eat. She also let us store our bags before the evening flight. This was a really special holiday for us - thank you.

EXCELLENT

Clean and beautiful villa with everything you need for a great stay. Convenient for the city center walking and in any case served by public transport for those who do not want to walk. Nearby and cheap guarded garage. The owner was fantastic with the offer of useful things such as coffee, tea and fresh drinks.

Wonderful host

I stayed at Maria's house with my 3 brothers and sister whilst on a golfing break. The welcome pack was very good as was the quality of the facilities. Maria's recommendation re Bruno the chef and Davide the bout owner in Late Maggiore was first class. We were also very impressed with the way that Maria handled the issue that arose during our visit. Would highly recommend this host.

Louer chez Maria, c'est se sentir attendu : tout est prêt et mis en oeuvre pour que le séjour se déroule du mieux possible : les lits (pour 14 personnes !!) sont faits, les serviettes de toilettes joliment préparées...elle a même anticipé notre arrivée tardive en disposant de quoi alimenter notre petit déjeuner ! La villa, spacieuse, est agencée avec goût. Ce merveilleux séjour turinois nous a donné envie de repartir en famille , et retourner chez Maria si l'occasion se présente. Un très grand merci pour votre accueil ! A recommander vivement!

L'appartement, très bien situé, est entièrement rénové et très grand. Nous nous y sommes trouvés très bien (une toute petite remarque: des lampes de chevet seraient les bienvenues dans certaines chambres car les très chics tables de nuit n'éclairent pas les livres...) Merci à Maria très disponible!

We stayed for 4 days last weekend and had a wonderful time, the villa was well located and the hosts made a huge effort with food and drinks for us - we felt very well looked after. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends.

la casa è spettacolare, in zona strategica ed ha ogni tipo di confort desiderabile.

Abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni (3 notti) a Torino, in questa proprietà. Eravamo 3 famiglie - 13 persone in totale, tra adulti e bambini. La zona giorno è spettacolare con una cucina splendida, con elettrodomestici di prima qualità e delle dispense enormi. Le zone notte sono altrettanto comode. Considerando che la casa è divisa su 4 piani (ogni piano ha almeno 1 bagno) noi ci siamo piazzati usando un piano a famiglia e siamo stati veramente bene. La fermata del autobus/tram è a 20 metri - così come il forno per il pane fresco; per il supermercato bisogna fare qualche passo in più ma è sempre vicinissimo. Ci sono parcheggi blu in zona e nel cortile della proprietà c'è un posto auto privato. Nella proprietà è compreso anche un appartamento pertinente e autonomo con 4 posti letto, che noi non abbiamo mai utilizzato. La signora Sebastiana è di una gentilezza....squisita: sempre molto disponibile per ogni necessità.

PARFAIT !!

L'appartement est superbe ! idéal pour une famille ou 2 selon le nombre d'enfants. Plutôt une maison de ville, très bien située, à 2 pas d'un arrêt de tram, 8 min à pied du metro, et seulement à 30 petites minutes de marche de l'hyper centre ! On laisse la voiture dans la cour. Tout est fait pour qu'on se sente chez soi : accueil chaleureux, produits de première nécessité et bien plus ! Maria a pensé à tout ! L'appartement est moderne et on s'y sent bien. Magnifique suite parentale. Un seul bémol, indépendant de la propriétaire a été le problème d'eau chaude et malgré l'intervention du plombier, le problème n'a pu être résolu puisqu'il a fallu commander la pièce défectueuse.... Mais Maria nous a laissé le choix entre repartir ou un plan B. Nous avons opté pour le plan B. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute profiter de Turin et de cette belle maison !!!

Verkehrsgünstiges Stadthaus zum Wohlfühlen

Turin ist eine Stadt mit hohem Parkdruck. Der sichere abgeschlossene Abstellplatz vor der Haustüre im Hof war deshalb eine große Erleichterung. Die Begrüßung und die Hilfangebote von Sebastiana waren sehr herzlich und von italienischer Überschwenglichkeit. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und entsprach voll der Beschreibung. Lebensmittel-Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Tramlinie 13 hält fast vor der Haustüre und ist daher auch in der Wohnung zu hören. Wir haben das Stadtviertel San Donato als Wohngegend des Mittelstands erlebt. Die interessanten Tage in Turin und der Aufenthalt in Sebastianas Haus waren sehr angenehm. Wir würden dieses Quartier jederzeit wieder buchen.
