We rent Villa Anna Sol in Marbella from August 22, for a week
Last Wesnesday we suffer a robbery in the house
The alarm doesn't work, some windows and doors has their lock broken, so was easy to get inside.
The house is not prepare for the insecurity situation of the area ( as we could investigate)
The neigbours confirm us that they had the same problem
Disappear a Louis Vuitton bag, 6 gold necklases and a Bulgary ring.
Villa Plus -the rental office-sent someone to explain that isn't his problem
So is OUR problem? Nobody told us that we have to contract an insurance at the moment we rent (4 months ago). Nobody contact us after that. We made the police complaint online, but they couldnt receive our personal confirmation because the police office has a problem ans we have to leave Marbella and Spain the next day
The last night we couldnt sleep with all the house open.
Also is false that the pool is heated
Really we feel very bad with the situation, that ruin our holidays. Never more Villa Plus. At a problem they disappear. We wrote to the owner and also never answer usVer menos
