This apartment is well furnished and clean. It sits at a very convenient location, Chueca, full of restaurants and attractions.
However: I had several issues with the apartment and got zero help from the management team:
1) when I arrived, carrying heavy suitcases with books because I work with books, I found the elevator wasn't working. I called the help line and they said they would fix it soon, but after talking to a few neighbors and even the cleaning lady for the apartment, I realized it had not been working for the past month, so the claim in the listing saying it had an elevator (which was a bit of a deal breaker) was misleading at best. I had to lug up and down the stairs two 40 pound suitcases: THREE FLIGHTS!
2) The AC unit didn't work and we had 95 degrees weather. No one ever fixed it or even responded about the issue, so the nights were hard. Sleeping was tricky, because if you cracked a window to let some air in, the noise from the street was like sleeping in the middle of a busy bar that would not empty out until 4 or 5 am.
3) The key was digital, and we opened through an app. That was very convenient, but one night, at around 1 am, the door mysteriously opened on its own accord twice. Being just two women on our own we were very distraught by this and barely slept a wink that night. We contacted management and they never responded.
Although the apartment was ok and true to the photos, I didn't have a good experience there and do not recommend it.
